      What a scam, it's a rich man's scheme to get rich while watching the less fortunate die. Your just throwing your money into a black hole, don't expect to see any return because it won't!

      Absolutely WORST company ever with no form of communication. They received my claim July 19, today is August 24 and yet still no proper update. I spoke to multiple supervisors who claim to expedite services and nothing. They were acting like the adjuster was in a different planet unable to communicate with them regarding the claim, always had to wait for call back. Last week Monday after I had enough of the lies and poor customer service I spoke to someone from the escalation department, which by the way I had to be VERY adamant about speaking to someone NOW rather then waiting for a so called follow up call. After speaking to escalation department I finally got some piece of information that they needed HIPPA form signed and 4 pay stubs. Following that phone call I received the first email correspondence in over one month! Today a week later again spoke to escalation department and was told yes the adjuster has an update but were unable to view it, would I like them to transfer the call to the adjuster directly? Wow! After over one month the adjuster is now accessible via phone! Ive been paying for this insurance over 5 years I regret every *****. I will be canceling service after this claim is processed, absolutely disgusted.

      I purchased the cancer policy in **** and now its paid in full. I always hoped I would never have to use it. I felt relieved having this policy knowing I would have some help paying my hospital and doctor ***** while off from work after being diagnosed with cancer and having a mastectomy. Filed a claim on May 27th, called on the following days 7/22, 8/1, 8/11 and 8/19. Still same answer. It was being looked at , forwarded to such and such, waiting on approval from an adjuster??!!! I have also contacted the ******* of Insurance.

      BEWARE!! Scam Products! I purchased the accident and sickness policies that they have. I was shorted on an accident claim. The client portal doesn't have accurate information. I was just informed after months of back and forth. Not being able to get in touch with adjuster. Several escalations to supervisors and managers that the claim I put in for preventative surgery was denied. I had the pre-cancerous tissue removed that was found as well as it was found that my chest was putting a strain on my neck, shoulders, and back. Claim was put in in January and communication was horrible. Portal terrible!! Sent information in April. I was asked to sign a record release for my doctor on 7/22/22 and denied on 7/25/22 but told on 7/27/22 that my claim wasn't denied but still pending review. Spoke with a rep on the 8th of August who said the same and that my issue was being escalated to management. Called yesterday 8/15/22 to find out that my claim was supposedly denied on 7/25/22. When I stated all the discrepancies and misinformation as well that it seemed odd that I didn't receive the so called letter of denial that was sent as well as I had called after 7/25 and that was not in the system, representative didn't know what was going on as well as couldn't tell me why I was denied. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS!! IT IS A SHAM!! They take your money every month and you are paying for something that does not do you well. I am cancelling and I am currently seeking counsel!!

      Totally disappointed with this claim process have paid several policies for years and can't even get 1 claim started every time you call they gonna expitidite SMH Totally a scam of a business wish I knew it was this hard to get a claim would have left a long time ago about seek an lawyer for this company!! Sad

      I gave been with this company since ****. I have 4 policies with them. Every time I file a claim I have to make numerous phone calls to get anywhere. On my most most recent claim every time I call they tell the adjuster is doing a final review. Its not bad enough I was diagnosed with cancer but to be blown off is very frustrating. ??????????

      Also very disappointed in dealing with Combined. I filed a simple hospitalization claim on June 3rd. I've called at least 20 times. First it was I needed such and such form that no sane person could find on their site. Then it was they needed a itemized hospital ****. Now it's been "in review" for over 2 weeks. They take MY money in a timely manner EVERY MONTH but don't seem to want to pay out. Today it was there was no diagnosis code on the hospital ****. They have a statement from my doctor with the code and diagnosis. They can very clearly see on the **** I was charged for a replacement knee.

      Horrible! This place is a scam. They rarely pay and lots of hoops to jump through if they do. I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing this insurance. I'm hiring an attorney to try to get some money back.
