      Do not waste your money. The customer service *****, no form of communication and a bunch of lazy workers. Filed a claim and waited 3 month for a letter stating they're waiting to assign me a person.

      I have Combined Insurance and Ive had other supplemental coverage too. Honestly, this has been the only company that has paid me and my entire family. We love are agent and she helps get our claims submitted properly. No company is perfect. They are much cheaper than competitors too!

      I filed a claim in May, 2024, I have uploaded all the documents the adjuster has asked for. I call sometimes 2x a day, staff keep giving me different explanations. Spoke to supervisors, just to get no where. I'm about to be on the street. Thought I could depend on the company for my benefits, been hungry, I have no where else to turn but to a lawyer now. They don't even keep you updated.

      Combined Insurance Canada: Back in 2019 I was sold a policy by their agent *******. She said if I was ever injured and could not work, this was a no nonsense no red tape insurance policy that would pay me $3500.00 per month if I could not work. Well I purchased it and have been paying on it for 5 years. I got into a car accident March 21 2024, hurt my neck, back, left arm and got a concussion. I tried to contact the agent who sold the policy to me, only to find out she no longer worked there. So with lots of other trouble and toiling I finally found Combined Insurance phone number. I called and Spoke with **** and ***** both were informative, the issue is, it was then I found out my policy only covers me if I am hospitalized. Since Covid Hospitals do not hospitalize anyone unless they are dying. I was disappointed to find out I was paying a policy for 5 yrs that was useless. I spoke with a lady in retention that kept bashing me over the head with the fact that I signed the documents and by signing I agreed to the terms. I said in the 56 yrs I have been buying car insurance I have never once read the contract because I depended on the professionalism of the insurance agent, and the 2 times in my life I have had to make a claim both times policy was just as expected. So the lady from ********* said make a claim and if that claim gets denied then call retention back and they would see what they could do. So today after getting my claim turned down I called Combined, they said a manager would call me back Surprise Still waiting no response. So I think I am going to go to a Lawyer and see if we can get a class action law suit going if you want to join me contact me tcctech974 at G M A I L dot com. I am in Medical treatment for 12 weeks(not hospitalized) in another city I cannot work till I am recovered. . I want them to honor my Claim, or refund my premiums, I am about to be evicted as I am behind on my rent, thought I could depend on Combined guess I was wrong.

      I have been trying to gather information for my mothers closed life insurance account. We have called repeatedly and have yet to collect or receive the information. We need this information for ********* She is about to lose her benefits. Mom is now in memory care. We really need to get this settled. Please help us!

      Claim took over five months to process. I had to follow up many times as they don't update the portal and letters of action required take 2 weeks to deliver. Was paid much less than told I would by the rep who sold the policy. Waste of money after paying for over two years didn't break even on the claim. You're better off investing the money into a high yield savings account to use for emergencies.

      Absolutely the worst customer service knowledge! Been waiting for a simple claim approval for a month. Called in multiple time to only be offered it's still under review try back Friday 3 weeks in a row. Total trash of a company.

      My father passed away ***. 21, 2024. I called to inform them and they sent a letter to my mother, March 12th with condolences. But they have continued to take out money from her bank account through May for his policy. I also cancelled her policy and they continued to take out money for hers too. I have called them 6 or 7 times - they say they are going to call me back - Nothing!! I called today and now they need a death certificate. Its just unbelievable the awful customer service!! One star is too high!

      My husband and I both have policies for years. In March he had accident and I uploaded documents March 19th. Still haven't seen a dime! I have called so many times and getting nowhere. My husband is still off work and haven't got any help! I have these policies to help pay all the bills...and all I get is they will expedite it...ugg! Don't know where else to turn, terrible customer service!
