      Policy #: ********** Claim #: *********** Date of loss: 02/26/22 Both my attorney and I have contacted Kemper for MULTIPLE MONTHS now asking for status of my PIP payment. We've reached out via many methods such as:* Direct e-mail * Phone call to the claims agent * Phone call to general customer service * Online submission using the 'contact my agent' option when logged into my account Nobody is responding. This is horrible customer service! Multiple voicemails have been left for ********* Dellbridge (however you spell it), which is the person general customer service says is the manager. As I stated, many other attempts to other parties have been made with absolutely NO RESPONSE.I should not have to try numerous times for multiple months to get a response from Kemper on my PIP payment. Attached is a copy of just one of the multiple attempts made to contact Kemper. Someone needs to get in touch with me ASAP!

      Sent a large amount of money to Kemper Life Insurance $ ****** and Kemper Life Insurance keep telling that they haven't received anything, But just passed months in this calendar yr Kemper Life Insurance received every payment.

      On November 7th 2020 our only brother and my oldest son passed away my brother passed away right there at my sons house on Nov 7th my son ****** for his life until 18th of November from an accidental death of fentanyl overdose my brothers life insurance are refusing to honor his accidental life portion of his policy and Im not understanding why there is no one left but me and my sister I have health conditions and this is not helping my heart condition at all is getting broken in pieces all over again because of this insurance companies immoral stand on honoring my brothers accidental portion of his policy that he paid for most of his life he had no intentions no idea that he would pass away accidentally nor did my son they had no idea that there was fentanyl in the Cocain that they did occasionally and the insurance company is refusing to honor his policy or his life they may as well said he committed suicide in which neither him nor my son would ever do I need help with this Im broken my sister is broken and I hope to God none of this is because of the color of our skin I dont understand it but I truly honest to God need some help with this to make it make sense please in the name of ***** please ????????????????

      I am rejecting this response because: every since we filed the claim for my brother ************************* accidental death portion of his policy we have been getting the runaround they said we did not send them to death certificate with the cause of death toll in which is not true the desk typic it states accidental death either it was an accident suicide and also murder they had no idea what was in this drug that no idea Sentinel was in the cocaine my son passed away while along with my brother and left a partially blind wife that he has been married to for 20 years this is immoral disrespectful of them not to honor my brothers accidental death policy  that he has been paying for most of his life to me all of the above is what happened to my brother and my oldest son and camper life does not want out of his policy which is absolutely wrong and immoral in human they also said that they dont have the letter from Uncle notarize letter from *************************  passing on his responsibility for the other policy to the next of *** which is my self ***************** and my sister ******************* It is my opinion as his older sister and my size mother basically they were murdered and this was an accident as many others have accidentally passed away from this fentanyl pandemic and it is not right for them not to honor the corners ****** typic it stating accidental death and to take his family that live through this unnecessary drama as if we have not been traumatized enough already if it had not been an accident I would not be stressing myself out going through all of this which I should not have to go to all of this anyway I would not be going through this but I want my brothers policy on it and his death respected and its accidental death would not go in vain and I will do everything within my power to avoid that that means going to the media and any other channels thats available to me thank you very much !!!!

      I am rejecting this response because:Theres one last thing I need to say camper life even went so far as to say they did not receive his death certificate with the cause of death on it we could not file the claim until we received that death certificate with the cause of death on then they say they didnt receive the notarized letter from my uncle my mothers stepbrother had a heart attack and he wanted the policy turned over to the next of kin which is my self and my sister they have been giving us the runaround from day one to avoid honoring his accidental portion of his policy and this has devastated  me and my sister drastically if they had not passed away accidentally then there would be nothing else for me to say no I do as I stated Im going to get him the media involved if need be Im gonna knock on doors till God open some windows but they are not gonna disrespect my brothers accidental death by not honoring his accidental portion of his policy  I appreciate any assistance from the Better Business Bureau in assisting me with this matter thank you very much  !!!!

      I have responded to every email that I have received from Better Business Bureau as far as Kemper Life Insurance they are still saying the same thing refusing to honor my brothers accidental death portion of his policy even though the death certificate states that it was accidental death my son also passed away with my brother Thoon we buried my oldest son and my brother together and this has Taken a toll on me and my sister in which we are the only 27 unless my sister just had a mild stroke do you have a day this is too much disrespect to our brothers memory and life that he has led as a fashion designer for them to disrespect his death in this matter is is a palling and as if we have not been through enough already our brother if he didnt pay anything else he paid his life insurance having no idea that he was going to pass away accidentally ignore my oldest son and we all need this resolved so we can put this behind us and I would appreciate some assistance from someone I did respond to Kemper life response that has not changed

      My name is Vee ******* Coast Auto Crafts owner i want to complain on this business because i have few customers with Kemper insurance and they Never pick up the phone on the voicemail they are saying they will return the calls in the next business day but thats a lie i have car in the shop already a month and the adjuster and supervisor didnt pick up the phone.Claim number ***********, another claim number *********** please help me to solve this issue
