      Problem with direct billing for Life Insurance Policy. Have not received a **** since 12/2021. Policy lapsed in 2/2022, did not receive notification prior to or after. It is 7/26/2022; no **** received, FORCED to pay thru the phone with credit card for a third time. Have spoke with numerous customer service agents on at least ten occasions seeking an explanation as to what, why and when? To no success or results. When requesting to speak with management they are never available. After speaking with the local union national office on at least three occasions their final response was to refer me to the kemper office. In other words, don't call here anymore.

      Horrible absolutely horrible! I will be changing insurance soon. Unacceptable adjuster *********************** never answers the phone we left several voicemails and nothing has been done. This happens all the time we try to get ahold of her. She can go days without giving you a call back. Sometimes a week. My car is fixed already so the collision center wont give me my car back unless they receive the check from daisy. Can I just get a call back and confirm that they will be receiving the check soon thats all they need. So I can get my car back. Accident occurr may 14 and its already July 18. Just horrible experience. Definitely dont recommend this insurance to anybody.

      Horrible services. Adjuster has given us the run-around since March 2022 and now its July 13. I have also left 3 voicemails to his supervisor and she does not call back. This is outrageous! I have also asked to speak to the supervisors supervisor and they say that they do NOT have that information! Go figure?!?! We have full coverage insurance and the services here are just bogus. I am planning on switching to another insurance provider as this company is not reliable. (STAY AWAY!!!!) I will also be filing a BBB complaint against this company.

      I wish i could give no stars!Kemper is not a company you want to deal with, first off they did not provide my wife with a rental car or money to compensate for the days she was left without a car. Then when they finally sent a check they were so incompetent to put a different name on the check this is outrageous!!! They also never answer there phones and since I'm married and got them to get permission to discuss the claim with me from my wife, they refuse to discuss or call me back about any of my concerns regarding the claim!I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with this company!! Avoid this company at all cost

      this Company is Horrible. I was told on jun 23rd i was the owner. My gma Opened a life insurance policy on me when i was born. She finished paying it off when i was 16. I am now 32 years old. I wanted to borrow **** from my policy a rep walked be through the process line for line. I called for 3 weeks about status (no update) finally called today 3 weeks later and was told i was denied because im not the owner. (Even though representative told me i was the owner because im over 18.I really needed the loan and now after 3 weeks i have to reapply and after speaking to 9 agents since jun 23rd no one told me this information.All the agents told me today 7/11 was (sorry) what is sorry??The rating and the complaints on this company are horrible. (STAY AWAY)
