      Kemper is worst insurance company, I had home policy with them, although they received my payment before the due date but they cancelled my policy because of Kemper increased the premium in between without notifying **** will strongly recommend not to go with Kemper, your home and auto will be on risk.Their customer care response is "Do whatever you want to do". I am choosing one start but honestly Kemper deserve 0 start even -ve.

      I was in an accident on 8/22/22 I have now left 23 messages for ***************************, left messages for the adjuster ********************* and the supervisor ********************* and never received a call back. I was badly injured and sent pictures of my injuries and released my vehicle from the tow yard and still nothing. Ive even called the call center manages and nothing. This company is setting their insured up to get sued and that is awful!

      On 820 one of their insured drivers hit my Mustang they accepted responsibility for it a week has passed not one word if they're going to fix my car total it or anything they've got to be one of the sourest insurance companies I've ever seen. I have full Collision on my vehicle I think I'm going to have my insurance fix it and have them turn around and Sue ******************** to get their money back from ******************** I am over this place they will not call you they will not tell you anything my next call is going to be to the ************** insurance commissioner which I have already talked to a week ago and he said ******************** has a bad reputation so I reckon that's where I had next and then have my insurance fix my car and Sue ******************** to get it back

      Kemper is by far the worst and most unprofessional car insurance provider that I have ever dealt with. They hardly call you or email you when it comes to anything important regarding your policy or claims that you may have with them and they do the bare minimum by sending late letters to your address and even then good luck.I was really astonished by their unprofessionalism when it came to a recent accident that I had with a uninsured driver. I was rear ended and determined to be not at fault, and I expected for the claims process to go smoothly until I found out days after my accident that Kemper had cancelled my policy. They did this without putting any effort as to informing me about my policy. NOT ONE PHONE CALL OR EMAIL AT ALL. The best they did was send me a few mailed letters which come to find out they were sending them to the wrong address as the address they had on file was not mine! They also claimed to have sent me a check refunding me of the policy payment that I had made for the month, but I have yet to even receive that.To top that all off (as if that hasn't been extremally stressful enough), they reported that accident to my Driving Record as me being at fault, even though the police report placed all the fault on the other driver!Completely unprofessional and downright negligent in the way how they operate their business and treat their policyholders. Avoid this company like the plague if you're looking for insurance!

      This company is a scam. My son was involved in a car accident on 05-25-22. The other person was deemed at fault. They have Kemper insurance. The claim was started and Kemper accepted that there driver at fault. After 3 months of trying to figure out where to go for repairs, reports, supplements. They agreed to pay for repairs. However, now that the repairs are completed they are refusing to pay. They are stating multiple reasons now despite the approval. TI ever was denied I would of never taken to the get repaired there.

      They issued a settlement check with my wrong last name and my lawyer sent it back to be re-issued. Suppose to take 2 weeks. It's been over a month and the adjuster and supervisor never answer. Kemper always giving the run-around.

      I would not give them any stars. I have a receipt and confirmation code for a payment that was made 2 months ago, they are claiming I never paid it and sent it to collection which caused me to lose 2 points on my credit. I don't understand how they can claim I never paid it when my receipt says my payment was submitted and was successful. They scam people. DO NOT USE THEM.

      Canceled my home owners insurance without even a phone call. By the time I called, they told me my policy was canceled and there was nothing I could do about it. They couldnt renew it, reinstate it or file for a new one . That it was just procedure. That they had sent me two notices in the mail about a policy increase. I explained that Im a disabled veteran and I have been in and out of the hospital for the past month and a half. Is there anything they could do? No just a rude costumer service rep who told me its just policy.       I was involved in an accident with their Insured on May 30th, a fender ******, minor danger to my vehicle but significant damage to their insureds vehicle...I had minor neck and back pain for about a week but that was all..they did an estimate which was not much at all..first they tell me a month after the incident, 6/30 that they were not able to get in touch with the insured to prove he was involved in the accident....then 30days after that, 7/30 they send me a letter saying that there was no coverage due to there being no coverage by the insured, so it took them 60 days to determine there was no coverage. Also since the incident was minor there was no need to involve the police, the insured stayed on the scene, I took a picture of his card and we called customer service with him standing next to me and they said there was no need to speak with him.....I am making this complaint to warn people DO NOT PURCHASE THIS INS. Read the reviews, the company does not like to pay claims when after their insured are getting into accidents and paying high premiums to them...Luckily I have coverage of my own, but I will now be forced to pay a 500 deductible. I am looking into other ******** to file a complain against the company...Do NOT take out a policy with this company.

      Today on 8/4, I finally received a phone call from Kemper advising g that they denied coverage due to not being able to get in touch with the insured to validate the accident occurred..eventhough the insured stayed on the scene but customer service said they didn't need to speak with him, nor did they suggest that I call the police..Also you can partially see the insureds vehicle in a photo I took at the scene of the insureds insurance card...how do I know they really tried reaching out to the insured. I will be filing a complaint and I will make sure to get the word out about Kemper, this is not right. I will not let this go...they have too many complaints and I feel like they just wiggle their way out of paying claims.Tomorrow I'm filing a complaint and I hope this company gets shutdown.

      Just over a month ago, a Kemper Insurance customer backed into my car in a ***********, ** parking lot. We exchanged information, took photos, and parted ways. I called Kemper, and was instructed to download their app, to upload photos of the damages to my vehicle. We did as instructed, and have never heard back from Kemper again. The claims adjuster assigned to the claim, *****************************, will not return any of my calls, nor will she even return MY insurance company (******)'s calls. ******* and Kemper in general have been a nightmare to work with..no wait, I can't even say I "worked with" them, because they just blow us off. Fortunately, my insurance company is going to repair my car under the uninsured motorist clause and go after this knucklehead directly. Next time I'm in a situation with a Kemper insurance customer, I will know I'm in for a battle.
