This company is despicable! I am in TOTAL agreement with all the other BAD reviews (see Vee B review below) and lack of payment for approved longterm care. It took the companies "case nurse" to FINALLY get my initial claim for payment thru with the SAME PDF uploaded documents the company claims they could not see from me! We have received only the single initial claim payment over the last 9 MONTHS. Each time I file the required PDF requested documents, via their site, they claim they cannot read them! I have sent the exact same digital file to friends/family to make sure they are readable... all tell me they can "see them clearly". After 3 attempts via the portal, I reproduced ~35 pages of requested itemized billing plus confirmation of payments, and sent via mail tracking 8/11/2022. I received confirmation of delivery and STILL, nearly one month later, NO payment. All claims are still showing closed, due to lack of requested information/documents! MULTIPLE calls to "customer service" and hours on the phone, only result in more stalling. Each agent I talk with tells me something different. NOW I am told they will expedite my claims. The customer service agent finally admitted they made a mistake, of which I had to point out. Apparently they attached the newly mailed documents (except a single one from 1/2022 for $300) to the old closed files!!! She told me I can call back in ***** business hours to confirm the action! The agent who sold the policy (****) has changed and the current agent doesn't know anything about the process. She even tells me she doesn't know what forms I am referencing! Her advice was literally "just send them whatever they want " I guess this company is hoping my 95 year old mother will die before they pay out! I document EVERYHING and will seek legal assistance if this continues. It is inexplicable that others manage to get claims paid. HELP ME OUT. I will actively warn people NEVER use this company for any reason.

Worst insurance policies and customer service Ive ever encountered. Talked me in circles for 30 minutes through 3 different employees, only to tell me the same thing as is written in their letter and not offer any relevant solutions. Coverage holes and loopholes in contracts are daunting and ridiculous, and based on contractual vocabulary it seems maliciously false with intent. Dont waste your time or money using their coverage, it will most certainly be wasted time and funds.

Thank goodness ******* found me! He personally delivered my late husband's life insurance proceeds and then he found out the mess I was in! He quickly realized my husband and I got taken advantage of by another company last year and they messed up our federal benefits. He explained everything I needed and helped me file a complaint and long story short, he fixed everything for me! I can not thank them enough!

It's not a question. I just want to find help in helping some workers. The hiring manager at Bankers Life *********************************, is telling people that's coming in looking for a job on their Interviews. That if they be hired there, that it's mandatory for 10% to be taken out of their check every week or however often they get paid. He called it a P something, I actually have forgotten what he called it, but I know deep in my heart that he's scamming his employees to get money from them. Out of all the paperwork he has given us to look over it's not even mentioned in the folder. What he says to us is in private when we're in the second interview with him, it seems to me like it's more of a verbal agreement. He said they will take up to 10% out of our checks every time we get paid, and if we do Great in that week they will take out $200 dollars. He said the money will go towards our lunches, and towards Vacations for coworkers that does an outstanding job. Think about it, if he was to collect $200 dollars from 10 people in a week, that'll be $20,000 , and imagine doing that for a whole month, that's $80,000. ********************************, if that's even his real name, is robbing his employees. This is his Get Rich ***** Scam. So I'm reaching out in hopes that you'll be able to put a stop to what this man is doing to us innocent people that's just trying to get ahead in life.

For those of us who turn down coverage from Colonial Penn are dropped in a queue to be contacted by Banker's Life. In the past 3 weeks, I have been contacted 3 times by someone from Banker's Life. I said no the first time, the second time I told him I already said no. And now the third call from Banker's Life on Sunday afternoon. His explanation was that I shouldn't have been contacted by anyone else because he's my contact?! Borderlining on harassment! Will not ever do business with Banker's Life.
