I was contacted by email by this Law firm regarding the Turbo Tax settlement. I signed the settlement agreement, provided my ach details for my bank deposit and waited to receive the payment. About 3 weeks ago I received an email from Keller saying that my payment would be deposited within the next 2 weeks to my bank. I emailed them bank after I didn't receive anything. Now they are saying that I have to wait 3 additional weeks for them to investigate and see what happened. I provided the correct details for the *** and I don't see why I should have to wait to get my money. They have been paid their fees, which I don't have an issue with. I would just like to receive my money. In addition, I also provided my home address which they could send me a check there. Thank you to ************************ for bringing this to our attention. We have sent ************************ multiple emails and SMS messages about his claim that provided information directly relevant to his present concerns. However, it appears that these emails were undeliverable. We did notice that he provided a different email address in his complaint from what we have on file, but that new address was never relayed to us by ************************. One of our attorneys reached out to ************************ using his new email address, explained the discrepancy, and provided him with information about his claim. Now that we have updated his email address, ************************ should receive our communications. We have not received a response from ************************, but encourage him to reach out if he continues to have questions or concerns about his claim.Customer Answer

We understand Mr. *********** frustration and will continue to do everything we can to make sure he receives timely updates and current information about his claim. Unfortunately, although we asked ************************ to inform us of any updated contact information, he waited at least 7 months to let us know about his updated email address. Compounding that delay, ************************ signed the same document multiple times with different contact information. I am rejecting this response because: I gave them the same email address when I signed the document. It was never different. I think that this is a scam. They settled with turbox for ****** I am getting ******. I paid ****** twice to file my taxes with turbo tax 2 different years. Why is 140 fair. I should be getting the ******. Never heard of this lawfirm. Don't know how they got my contact info.

I have signed all paperwork over 3 months ago and even gave my direct deposit info. This lawsuit against turbo tax was won back in march 2022 but yet its sept 2022 and nothing. No more communication nothing.Business Response

I contacted Keller Lenkner about the TurboTax settlement agreement offer. I was supposed to receive a settlement for $139 but the DocuSign document did not go through because they said it was expired. All of the emails I received from Keller Lenkner went to a spam folder. They never sent any tangible correspondence through the mail or even through telephone. When I contacted them to see about signing the document they said there was nothing else they could do for me as the link expired 2 days prior, and they would not provide me with information to get in contact with Intuit either.Business Response

Thank you to ****************** for bringing this to our attention. While we understand her frustration, the settlement period was 100 days long, during which time we emailed, called, and texted her on seven separate occasions. In those communications, we made it clear that her settlement would expire on August 22, 2022. When ****************** tried to accept her offer two days later, the offer was no longer live.
However, although ******************** offer expired on August 22, we were able to negotiate an extension of that offer for another two weeks. We notified ****************** of that extension but unfortunately we have not heard back from her. We invite her to reach out and we would be happy to explain again how to accept.Initial Complaint

I have been contacted multiple times by Keller postman law offices about a turbo tax lawsuit, it shows on msgs there's a deadline to accept, I spoke to someone about the nature of the lawsuit, I'm confused why they get almost 800 dollars and I would only get 139...doesn't make sense..I need advice, aren't attorneys supposed to help clients get the most they can ,not clients help them profit more..is there a way to go about this turbo tax situation without this company's help so I get paid!!! Also I couldn't get a direct answer about the nature of the turbo tax lawsuit ..they weren't clear about it I just know I'm involved, I know there's a settlement from turbo tax for their false advertising services as free that I was told by turbo tax I didn't have to do anything,it will just come to me....so is this a separate tt lawsuit??? We appreciate ****************** voicing her concerns. However, ****************** also reached out to our firm about a month before filing her complaint and spoke with a client services representative. Our representative answered many of the same questions listed in her complaint and followed up with an email. We wish she would have given us an opportunity to discuss any further questions or concerns she had by reaching out to our CS department again, or asking to speak with an attorney, prior to filing a complaint.
Nevertheless, we were happy to do all we could to resolve Ms. ******** issues. Even after she spoke with our client services representative, an attorney reached out to her with a very comprehensive response to her questions and offered to set up a call to discuss any further concerns. The attorney also explained that Keller Postmans fees and litigation costs are far less than the $800 she listed in her complaint. This same attorney also reached out five more times, via email and phone, in an effort to resolve her issues. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
If ****************** would please call our client services department or reach out to the attorney who has been corresponding with her over the last week, we would be more than happy to discuss if she would give us the opportunity.Initial Complaint

I am complaining because this company has been promising me a settlement from Amazon since the beginning on the year or earlier. I have repeatedly been sent a form by email requesting that I choose the form of payment I would like to receive and have filled out everything required and sent the form back and gotten nothing. No response, no money, no email to just keep me informed of what's happening and when the money should be arriving, none of those things. And to add to my doubts about this company being legit when you go to their website it says nothing about the Amazon case or settlement, nothing about how to get in contact with them if you are part of a class action and have questions, and while it does have links to their social media pages not one post mentions the Amazon case or settlement including not one person commenting on it, asking a question about it, etc. From their website and social media pages it appears as though the Amazon case and settlement do not and never have existed. If this is true then people need to be warned to stay far away from this company, ignore any emails they send, and don't get scammed into filling out any personal information. If it's not true then what is taking so long? When will people actually receive their payments and how can I find more information on the case and settlement? Thank you.Business Response
