    This law firm advertises constantly on FoxNews. Their ads states that they are Marines, ********** grads, *********** grads and this is clearly not the case. Their ads are false and could cause people to hire them based on false premises. This firm needs to be censured.

    The claims we make in our advertisements are true. We put together a first-rate team to handle our Camp ******* cases, and our advertisements accurately describe their backgrounds. Specifically, our team handling the Camp ******* matter includes ******* graduates (****** Postman and *****************); a Marine (*************************); and a ********** graduate (*****************************). We take this matter very seriously. We are proud of our team and of the work we do on behalf of our clients, so we will always represent ourselves accurately in any advertisements we sponsor.

    ******************************************* lawfirm recently completed a lawsuit against Amazon for forced increased pricing. On Oct 15, 2022, I received their email stating that I received $173.94. I did not receive anything. I have called, emailed and left feedback. They have not responded.

    9.1.22 - advised by Keller Lenkner the TurboTax settlement was going to deposit $139.08 into my account from the settlement money. It was supposed to be done by the middle of September 2022. I have called Keller Lenkner ****** Services at least five times and have never received a callback after being advised to leave all the info on the voice mail. I have been given four different phone numbers and none of them are ever answered; I leave the information they requested and still have not received a callback or the settlement money. Other phone numbers I have called are: *****************-736-8994, 800-259-2922, ************. None have answered or returned my messages. The reference # is: a0L4W00000XCHpHUAK

    I am part of the turbo tax settlement.I received the email to pick payment Back in April 2022.Everyone I know has gotten payment.I still have not received anything.I bet they received their retainment fee though ??

    THEY WERE MY ATTORNYS IN A CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE WITH THEM, THEY ADVISED ME THAT THE **** WAS OVER AND ASKED FOR MY PAYMENT METHOD. I PROVIDED MY DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION, THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO SUBMIT MY REFUND VIA ZELLE. I NEVER RECIEVED IT. ON TOP OF THAT THEY ALSO HAD MY ADDRESS. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING BACK AND 4TH WITH NO RESOLUTIN. I HAVE EVEN PROVIDED A PRINT OF MY BANK ACCOUT AND ZELLE ACCOUNT SHOWING NOTHING WAS RECIEVED, THEY HAVE BEEN PAID AND I ALSO WANT TO BE PAID. MY NEXT STEP IS TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ***** BAR.

    I received an email from Keller | Postman informing me that my settlement payment was processed and successfully delivered to my PayPal account. I have received no such payment. The email address which they have on file is connected to my PayPal account, so the payment would not have been misdirected due to a faulty email address.

    I was contacted on numerous occasions about my settlement from intuit by lenkner keller.. I did all the necessary paperwork including sending my ach bank info and a copy of my marriage license to prove my name change. It's been over two months and still have not heard from this law office in regards to my settlement amount. I dont know if it was a scam but no one has contacted me and I have not received any payment at all. I would appreciate some type of correspondence with this company to let me know the status of my settlement or something. This is not a good look for a law firm and definitely not a good sign of good customer/ client service.     I have waited over four months for my TurboTax settlement but every time I contact ********************** they tell me they still don't have a timeline for disbursement I'm beginning to feel defrauded

    I received a notice earlier this year about my Amazon settlement claim. I provided all the information that they needed for my bank account my address etc for them to send my settlement to. After waiting months I finally received a verification letter that my money would be arriving. After a month of waiting I called and they told me that there was a problem and they would be mailing out a paper check. I have written them through email three times I have called them three times and each time they give me the runaround on the phone They never respond to my emails. As part of a class action they were paid to the attorneys but they're also saying that they're taking money out of my settlement over half of the settlements. This to me is predatory. I am tired of calling and getting to run around It's always going to be another couple of weeks until my check comes. I just want them to send my money I am disabled and I don't need the hassle of trying to call them repeatedly just to hear the same BS.
