      This company is a SCAM! I applied for a personal loan with them and was declined. Not for financial reasons, but said "Applicant resides outside lending area."They harvest personal information from everyone who applies. Who knows what they do with it? Sell it to others? Give it to Illegal Aliens to use for themselves? Why would you advertise outside of your area except to use the info for illegal purposes? I asked that they delete all my info from their databases immediately. He said due to Federal rules and $hit, it stays in there. I told him to ask ******* how she deleted ****** emails from her devises and do it that way. He lied, saying they are accredited with the BBB (First lie) and have a high rating approval. (2nd lie) Maybe he meant a high volume of low ratings?I'm calling the Consumer Financial ***************** (eight five five four one one two three seven two) and reporting them as well. They have NO RIGHT having my personal info when they can not provide their (scam) services outside their area.They need to be shut down and everyone's info should be deleted from their databases! I wish I had researched them before applying, but if I had been approved, I would've declined the loan after seeing the high interest rates people mention here.

      I been making payments since January when I orginally got approved for the line of credit. I had my payments set up on autopay and made my payments on a biweekly basis. I recently paid ********************************************************************************************************************************* a straight answer. I asked for a supervisor its been a week no one reach out to me. Now they have my account past due when I called made a payment at the beginning of august been making on time payments I have tried to reach out to them know has reach out me to resolve the issue this company needs to be shut down for their unprofessionalism and misleading information.

      Netcredit *****, they prey on people that they know can't afford to pay the interest they are charging people. Netcredit need to be shut down. Congress need to set guidelines on these lenders interest rates. Not happy with this company and I will Not recommend anyone to apply for a loan with this company. NEVER NEVER NEVER.

      The company (Net Credit) is a sham, they approved me then they decided to deny me claiming identity can not be confirmed. Mean while, they have all of my personal information and just earlier identify me. They continue to flip-flop. For all I know, they are harvesting people personal information or are just plainly engaging in fraud.

      Horrible horrible Horrible, I had an $1800 loan, now it's almost $4,000.I've tried recently calling in to make a payment but every time I try they say I cant update information because of x, y, or z.It's like their job is to keep your loan amount going up and not let you pay.***** at play here, should be locked up.

      They should be put in jail for usury and loan sharking. Asking over 130 percent for a loan is worse than going to the shylocks. If you ask it's a criminal enterprise. My credit rating is over 690. What a sham.

      This company should be illegal. How can they get by with charging someone for a loan of ****. $3825.60 will be the payoff. Got the loan in 2021 didn't think I had even fully excepted the loan and the next day the money was direct deposited. I should have disputed the loan right then but I just thought oh well I'll just pay it off... I had no idea the terms of this loan. This is straight robbery this is a legal loan shark. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves doing this to people. Yes I was in a bind and needed some help... But, this isn't help at all this is unconstitutional.

      I wish I can give this place a zero star. When I signed my contract it showed $280 each month until paid off completely. Well, they switch my contract and now they want me to pay $280 twice a month; this is absolutely insane. They ask for an updated paystub showing that I get pay every week, and promised they will adjust my monthly payment to $280, and they did not kept their words.

      This company is terrible at updating payment contracts. I had called and changed the payment dates for each payment on my account , they did honor it like they said they would and I was charged twice in one pay period which lead to my checking account to be overdrawn. They continue to remain predatory despite my making several attempts to resolve the issue. Never ever borrow from this company!!!!

      Please don't ever borrow money from this company, they are predatory and take advantage of people in financial trouble for whatever reason may be. I'm not saying it is NETCREDIT's fault but we are human and make mistakes and they should not take advantage of our situation. I borrowed from them and they made me think the payments were going to be monthly but to my surprise they started charging me every 2 weeks. and on top of that when i was unable to continue paying them because i was going through financial hardship due to my wife death they started withdrawing the payments every week causing me to pay overdraft fees every time they did that and to this date they continue to do that because I'm still unable to pay them.
