I called NetCredit in 5/20/2023 around 10:30am , I made a payment of ******* . The representative I spoke with said she was able reduced my payment because my account was more than 90 days old, and that the negotiated payment would satisfy the full amount I owed, which was around *****. After I made the payment, I received an email saying that the amount I paid was only applied" to my original balance and I also checked my online account with them; the payment was applied, but I still owe around *****. I also did not get it in writing or emailed to me, as I had in the past with other agencies. I have been paying off other debt and I always receive that, in order to make it official. I'm not sure why this person needed to be deceitful and dishonest, I understand I owe money but it was no need to lie.Account number ********

Do not use this company, they have shady business practices and should never even be in business. They lie, ruin your credit and have no shame in putting you in a financial hardship even after they sell off the account and been paid off for years. Been battling them for years over false credit reporting and they lie to keep it on your report.

This is the worst company I have ever decide to work with. They gave me a pre approval invitation saying it would not harm my credit was supposedly approved. When they give me the offer and fill my bank account information. They deny me and left me with a hard inquiry. Whats the freaking reason for a pre approval then. Falsely advertising this company should not exist.

This place is absolutely insane and ridiculous do not get a loan here no matter what the circumstances are. I got a $3000 loan and their idea of making payments was originally supposed to be less than $200 a month. However when they actually started their payment process it ended up being $200 every time I got paid. When I called the company and ask them what happened they told me you were informed of this and basically called me a liar. after making a few payments I then realized of the $200 in payments that were being made only about $80 was actually going towards the loan the remaining amount was going towards fees. thats why it will take you approximately 3 1/2 years to pay off a $3000 loan. Thats making payments of $400 a month Do the math its over $14,000 for a $3000 loan. The more interesting part of this is the fact that when you make a double payment like I did about two months ago all they do is charge you more money in fees so my double payment ended up being double fees and it was still only $80 towards the principle of the balance. Im not even sure how this place is doing this legally I would think this would be illegal but apparently not. I dont even want to give it one star I would rather give it zero stars but Im not allowed to.

I am in a loan right now with this company. The interest on this loan is very high. Do not take a loan with them. I have a loan for ********. I have made 9 payments of ****** and I still owe ******** This type of loan should be illegal. They need to change the laws to protect the consumer's in loan industry over all. I would recommend anyone do any business with this company at all. This loan should be considered ******.

NETCREDIT WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS LONG. I REQUESTED A $2700 LINE OF CREDIT. A LARGE FEE WAS PILED ON TOP OF THAT. THEY ASKED ME DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS WHAT MY PAY CYCLE IS. MINE IS BI-WEEKLY. LIKE ANY NORMAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTION I EXPECTED MY PAYMENTS TO BE MONTHLY. HOWEVER NETCREDIT BILLS ME $198 BI WEEKLY, WHICH IS $400 PER MONTH. WHO DOES THAT, AND WHO CAN AFFORD THIS. OVERCHARGING ******** PEOPLE AND RUINING PEOPLE'S CREDIT LIKE MINE THAT I TRIED VERY HARD TO BUILD. YOU BET MY BOTTOM DOLLAR NETCREDIT WILL BE SUED BY A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AND SHUTDOWN. NETCREDIT IS A PREDATORY LENDER AND THE JUDGES AND COURTS WILL DEAL WITH THEM FOR SURE.

This company is a scam. All they want is your bank info. Tried multiple times to verify income and they kept saying it couldn't be verified. Needed the money for an unexpected family member passing away. All this place caused was more heart ache, frustration and stress. They need to be shut down so they can stop scamming people for their personal info.

      I borrowed $4,800.
I'm located in Arkansas where the maximum interest rate should be 36%
This company has already taken a year and a half worth of payments every two weeks and I'm more than paid back the loan.
Now they're showing another 4 years of payments due.
They're basically take a dollar off the balance every payment of $130 they removed $1 from the principal this is insane.
It's on American and Congress needs to act stop this company in his tracks. The owners should be arrested

First, I would like to say, this company is not worth one star. They had me thinking I was approved for a line of credit, The day my bank was supposed to be funded, they withdraw my application. What a scam. Do not use the company for anything. They are worthless., Need to be shut down ??????????.

At my job, I am allowed to take out only two 401k loans at a time. I had two out a larger 401k loan and a smaller one.I took out a NetCredit loan in an effort to payoff my smaller 401k loan and then take out another, larger 401k loan as I have a high 401k balance. My plan was to payoff and close the NetCredit account almost immediately after taking a new 401k loan.As it turns out, I was not entitled to *ALL* of my 401k money as a loan, and ended up getting stuck in this NetCredit loan for now. Initially, this sent shock waves through my monthly budgeting, but it eventually stabilized. With NetCredit now unfortunately and unexpectedly being a part of my life, they base their payments terms on your paydates. This worked out okay for a couple of months... Then... They started to take payments a day or two prior to my actual pay date [which is why I HATE automatic payments!] This happened 2 or 3 times.I was able to remove the automatic payments. However, when you first sign up, they make it seem as if you MUST enroll into automatic payments.Later, I decided that paying one larger payment per month is better for me than paying two separate smaller payments as usually one of my paychecks is bigger than the other. They were apparently reporting that I was missing payments, but instead of two $150 payments per month, I submitted a single $300 payment from my bigger check. I DEMANDED that this negativity be removed from my credit!I am now trying to get rid of this loan through a credit union. The woman at the credit union asked for details on this NetCredit account, she informed me that this NetCredit account is NOT ON MY CREDIT REPORT AT ALL!!! I also discovered due to the credit union's questioning that the interest rate NetCredit is charging me is around 65% which I never knew *crying emoji*I hope that the credit union can help me get rid of this.I do NOT recommend NetCredit!!!
