      I just purchased a song from Songfinch. The worst song EVER. They messed up the words, music was off, and couldn't understand the words because they blended. I looked up my songwriter Notella. When I found a song by Notella "Show you I love you (****) on their sight.I recorded it, and matched it to mine. Same song!!! I'm ****** it's AI generated. I have the recordings of mine and the example as proof.

      I recently purchased a song through SongFinch and was extremely disappointed. Initially, I was very excited about the gift and was impressed by the sample songs/artists but what I received was nothing remotely close. It was a one-note/monotone song that did not sound professionally done at all. It seemed like they just copy/pasted details from the prompts I responded to directly into the song. It did not flow and felt very forced. I also could never get the song editing tool to work after receiving the song and this is the only site I have found to review them on, making it hard to warn others. I am embarrassed I spent $200 on the song with the only redeeming factor that it was so bad it became comical.

      I had 2 major problems with this company First they told me my song would be ready on Aug ******* was actually ready on the 26th- earlier than expected- and i was not satisfied and wanted to edits made- they required an additional $60 for edits. After already paying for the extended offer for 3 verses, $254, I was not willing to pay even more.Hopefully, another business learns from this business mistake and allows communication between the artist and the customer to get it right. They advertise the few success stories, but from the many reviews I can see that most customer experiences are NOT satisfactory.

      *************** is a waste of money. I purchased a song for my husband for our wedding anniversary and it was horrible. I was very specific in the storyline and the creators made numerous mistakes. The tune is very gimmicky. I am more upset with myself for paying $200 for this. Also, I am trying to get in contact with them about making the changes to the lyrics that are complete errors and their website is NOT user friendly. **************** doesn't seem to exist either. Please spend your money elsewhere.

      I wrote a song and sent. It to Songfinch to add music, which they did. I was very happy with the end result. I then paid $19.99 for a custom photo slideshow but never received a way to load the photos, in fact, I can no longer access my account! Every time I request a temporary password (apparently Im set up on a guest account) I get nothing from them. When I submit a request for help, I get the same automated response to request a temporary password but they never email it. Its a viscous cycle that offers no solutions. Very disappointing.

      I should have reviewed this site, before purchasing 2 songs for my husband. The first song was ok, but I had to spend time correcting numerous typos and lyrics. So, I purchased a second hoping it would be AMAZING. It wasn't. Instead of wasting my time again trying to correct the typos, bad lyrics and bad melody, I reached out directly to customer service. They offered me ZERO options to rectify my dislike. No option for someone to provide a different song. No option to cancel the vinyl order. No option for the artist to rework the song. NOTHING.Don't waste your money. I'm out $$$$ for songs and vinyls with extra verses that will not be gifted or listened to.

      Songfinch was great, the song result came out better than I expected! I wanted to provide a unique song that would be special to my wife and Songfinch really made it easy. The process was really simple. Choosing the artist was a wonderful part of the process. ************************* was the artist I picked, she did a fantastic job translating what I put down into a song that I could never have done on my own. I chose her because I thought her voice was excellent as well as her backstory. Her creativity with the lyrics produced such a wonderful result. Definitely worth every *****!       I ordered a song to be made for a friend's birthday. I went through a series of questions and identified topics and stories so the artist may help create a song. I also had the option of upbeat music, country, love songs, etc. I chose casual, happy music. The final song was emailed to me and my jaws just dropped. The melody sounds depressing and the beat was like it was made to put a toddler to sleep. The company site said I can revise the lyrics free of charge so I decided to tweak it to sound more like professional quality, mind you I paid $200 so someone can create a song so I can gift my friend. I was only able to tweak 5 sentences. (the artist created 4-5 words per sentences). I was then prompt to pay additional $60 if I want to tweak more. This is irate!! I got scammed to pay $200 for elementary music maker class and that when I requested to be revised, I was asked to pay extra. I was also told I cannot get a refund because the song was created and delivered already. If I don't get a chance to listen to the song, how else would I know if I like it or not. "Smelly cat" by ****** in Friends even sounded better for lack of better words. Make sure all questions are asked and answered concisely before getting fooled into doing this. It's a great concept for creative artists which this company lacks.
