The company Normest claims their product has a guarantee on their products they sell. My complaint is I contacted Normest customer service to express that the product I purchased online with this company had poor quality and the product failed within the first 2-3 weeks of using the product which was a wallet. The sewed seams ripped apart. I wanted a refund for the unreliable product. The quality was not there. The company has not responded to my claim which was submitted around February 2024. I purchased this product in January 2024. It is now ******* still havent had anyone contact me. I tried finding a number for this company to contact them directly but I cant find a legit customer service support number. The order # is N22-196556. Please help resolving this issue. Thank you. I purchased a wallet from Normest for my husband on 12/23/23. I received the order on 1/4/24. The item does not work as well as expected and my husband wants to try a different design. I have made several attempts (at least 5 starting on 1/5/24)) to contact customer service to exchange the item we got. At this point 2/19/24 I have received absolutely no communication in return from Normest and just want my money back.Initial Complaint

We purchased a leather wallet w/an air tag holder for my son on Dec 25th, 2023. The online site normest-store.com looked very legitimate, had great reviews and clearly stated Easy returns or exchanges. We received the walled on Jan 6th and it looked like plastic instead of leather and had a yellow appearance instead of nice leather like portrayed on the website. I immediately began the process to return the item, but there is no way to do it on line. It stated that it might take up to 2 weeks for the status to change to delivered so I emailed a couple of times, did an on line review, etc and Im still unable to reach them or find any link which actually leads to a successful return. The order # is N22-193821. Unfortunately, I made an account under my email bc that was a necessary step for a return. I received the wallet that I ordered. It is a flimsy product, not as advertised or pictured and not worth the money I spent. So I emailed the company (numerous times) and as of this date have not received a response. I want to return the product and get a refund. On 12/17/23 I purchased a wallet as a Christmas gift for my husband from Normest. Their website says money back guarantee within 45 days. My husband did not like the wallet. Companies involved are Normest and Afterpay regarding a return.Been reaching out to both since 1/9/24 via email. Either company does NOT have a customer service phone #.No response from **********************. I made a purchase on Dec 15, 2023 in the amount of $451.54 for gifts for my 4 adult children for Christmas. The items came in a timely manner and I was very happy about that. To my dismay, 3 of my children did not want their gifts of wallet and keychain. So I went on to the Normest website to see how to process a return. The directions on the site are very vague and don't really explain actually how to start the process. I emailed them, via the online form, to request the return on Dec 27, 2023. Since it is an online form, the customer has no confirmation or proof of contact. There was no email to state they received my inquiry or anything. The company website states they have a 45 day return policy, but how can one prove they requested any such return with no verification? This is now Jan 22, **** and have not heard back from the company at all!! I am very disappointed and I don't have $450 to throw down the drain.
