    -purchased nov. 6th -delivered nov. 19 -price was ***** paid with **** -description(AirTag wallet-premium leather x1-walnut brown)-the business will not return my email, message on their website, or ********* They blocked me on ******** when I left a bad review.-tracking # YT2231221272096389 -order #N22-1992 When the wallet was delivered I opened the package. Immediately seen that the buckle that hold the AirTag in place was broken. You can buckle the strap.. I was sold a defective wallet and simply just want a refund but cannot get them to reply to any email or message. I also have pictures to back this claim up. I took the pictures on the day it was delivered. I even sent these pictures to them asking nicely for a refund. No luck there. On their website it clearly states easy returns Definitely false advertisement. Any help would be great thank you. This is the name of the company that sold me the wallet. But I cant find if they are in ******* or not.

    Order # N22-11528. My sister and I bought a wallet for my dad from Normest in October. We wanted to return it because the quality was not what we expected and my dad did not like it. We went to the site, where it says "hassle-free returns", and looked at the return policy. It was only a couple of weeks since it had arrived so we were still within the return window to get a full refund. The website said we had to email to request a return. My sister emailed several times and received no response, so then I emailed and also received no response. The website says the only way to return is by emailing them, yet they won't respond to any emails. This is fraud, false advertising, and ultimately just unacceptable. We would like a full refund.

    I ordered a wallet from the company, they have a money back guarantee stated in their website. The product was cheaply made and was not satisfactory compared to how they marketed the product.I have sent 5 emails, three chat messages, three social media posts, all in an effort to get a response to initiate the return.These requests started 14 days ago, and I have not received a response. There is no other way they indicate how to contact them.

    I made an online purchase on Tues, Oct 11, 2022 to a website claiming no hassle returns. I thought I was buying a magnetic wallet but it is not. The only return option is by email. I have emailed twice, to which they have not responded to after a week (claiming response in 2 days). I have also requested help on their social media with no response. The order number is ORDER N22-8393. I want to return the wallet and be reimbursed. I have attempted within their policy of 45 days.

    I ordered a wallet from this company. The quality is poor. They state on their website that they respond to refund requests within 2 days. My 1st message was sent 10/19/22. I have sent several others via their website & FB page with no replies. I commented under every FB post & they went in & deleted those comments but have since answered any messages.

    Ordered 10-09-2022 Purchase price $54.20 Product ordered: Air tag walnut brown premium leather wallet with Apple ID air Tag Delivered on ***** Product was missing the Apple ID AirTag Product was a Saddle brown color instead. Company promise on website is to send information to their support email. Does not provide a phone number to call. They will respond within 2 business days. I sent them an email on *****-22 explaining what was wrong with the product they sent. Sent a second follow up email on 10-20-22. Sent a third email on 10-26-22 asking for a phone call to seek resolution to receive what I paid for and a return label for the product they sent. I still have not received and Responce from this company. I am beginning to think that this company is a fraud. They are advertising premium leather wallets with the Apple Air Tag but sending wallets with no air tag at all in addition not the color requested. I am very disappointed with their lack of responsibility in making this right. If they are unable to send me the product I ordered then I am asking for a return label for the item they sent me as well as a full refund. I would like to see them Prove that they are not a scam business online advertising a fake product to take peoples money. Make an attempt to make it right.

    I purchased a leather wallet from Normest on 10/6/22. The wallets stitching tore within 3 days of normal use. There is a lifetime warranty displayed on the Normest website. I reached out to the company seeking a refund or replacement, but did not receive a reply despite multiple attempts. It also states on their website that support will respond within 2 business days.
