On December 29, 2023, I purchased four AirTag Wallets and three AirTag keychains from normest-store.com. The total cost of all items was $257.03. After closely examining the items, I decided to return them back to the seller. Despite advertising "hassle-free returns," Normest's website does not allow me to start a return. I have tried to contact the company twice but have not gotten a response. I am within their 45 day return policy but I am afraid my time is running out. I am requesting a full refund and accountability of this company's malpractice and false advertising.Initial Complaint

I've attempted to initiate the return process multiple times since the item was delivered on 12/6/23. While I was unable to get an RMA # to return the item I am not comfortable sending the item to a random shipping/logistics warehouse and unable to get a response through email or through your website contact feature. I've tried multiple times and I still have not gotten a response from NORMEST.As per their refund/return policy items can be returned with 45 days and "a customer may be able to initiate a return for an order after the order status has been updated to "Delivered". It is possible that it may take between 7 to 14 days for the Return System to sync after the order status has been updated to "Delivered" My order in their system is still not marked as "Delivered" as of 1/18/24.As of 1/18/24 I have been unable to get a response or any communication from NORMEST and I believe your company is acting in bad faith by ignoring all communication until after the 45-day return policy has elapsed.***************************************************************Initial Complaint

I purchased Normest's AirTag Bifold Wallet - Premium Leather - Midnight Black on December 19, 2023 - ORDER N22-190178 for a Christmas gift for my husband. The website clearly states "OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY All items shipped from Normest store can be returned within 45 days after delivery (meaning when you received your order). Further details to your case can be found below. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. If you would like to start a return or exchange request of your non-defective unused item(s), please follow the steps below."Based on Tracking Number UJ194073982YP my order was delivered Dec. 28. I have logged into my account and cannot initiate a return online. I have reached out to Normest through their website two times asking for instructions on how to return the product. I have not heard back. I would like to return but there is no return button within my account on their website and they have not responded to my numerous requests through the "contact us" page.Initial Complaint

Purchased 2 carbon fiber air tag wallets from Normest-Store.com on December 2, 2023 as Christmas gifts. Items delivered on December 7, 2023. Nothing wrong with merchandise, however too small for the recipients. Ive attempted to email company on 3 occasions, 1-6, **** and again on 1-15-24 to request refund. The company doesnt provide an email address, only a form to submit. There is no way to comment or message on social media either. The return instructions provided on the website do not work. I purchased a wallet as a gift on Dec. 3, 2023 for the total amount of $47.65. I directly emailed the Company on Jan. 7, January 10, and two separate times through their customer service page, requesting instructions on how to return the item. I am nearing the 45-day return window and have still not received a response from any of my communications. The instructions on the website are very vague and do not provide clear instructions on how to obtain a return shipping label. I have been unsuccessful in locating a ************************ phone #, and they do not have messaging options via their **************** page. I ordered online a wallet and pay via Apple Pay. I was informed the payment failed. I reorder the wallet and pay with my credit card. Somehow they merged the 2 orders and charged me for 2 wallets which I could not canceled as it was already processed. ******* took 2 weeks to arrive and missed my timing for sending as presents. Since I have contacted them thru their website twice, one email to the person who told me I could not cancel.. Your Normest order N22-193014 ,Fri, Dec 22, 2023 at 12:42 PM When I received the item, a man's wallet, cost $87.26, it was very cheaply made and not at all worth the money. The only way to contact the company is by email, which I tried twice, with no reply. I explained that the website said to return an item press on the order number and it will bring you to the return information. I tried and tried and nothing happened. When I emailed them explaining the problem, no reply. I explained if I didn't get a reply I would contact the BBB, and still no reply. I purchased AirTag Wallet - Premium Leather 1 Walnut Brown from Normest on November 9th. On January 1st I contacted them in regards to putting in a warranty claim on this wallet has the wallet ripped when taking my ID card out. According to their website they have a lifetime warranty policy. I have contacted them several times via email and their website to get a warranty claim in on my wallet. I ordered the one wallet for my boyfriend for Christmas present. He saw an advertisement on ******** for NORMEST. I received the wallet and gave it to him but he didnt care for it. I went to the website to look for instructions on how to make an easy no hassle return as they claim. NOTHING is on their website or emails about how to return properly. There is no phone number on their website except an email address. I sent an email Christmas night with a screenshot of my receipt/ order info. I asked if someone can help me create a return for full refund. No response. I saw they got terrible reviews on BBB, wished I would have known this! What a scam. I would love a refund.
