I ordered a credit card case with cash strap from Normest-store.com. The card holder is supposed to hold an apple airtag; however there is no way to get the airtag to hold in place so. Once the airbag is placed in the ring it will not attach to the card case. This is a defective product as it does not work as stated. Normest has no phone number to contact them and if you follow the directions on the website on how to start a return, the return page just spins and spins and never loads. I have reached out via text on the website and via an email and message on instagram and have not heard back from anyone. I believe I was scammed out of $62.95. I ordered an Apple AirTag wallet from normest and it came in and was used for one day and it broke. I took pictures and sent them and all my information to the email on the website while also following up multiple times and have heard nothing back. I ordered a wallet from Normest (may not be the ******* location it was online). The wallet that came is cheap looking and I want to return for a refund. I've tried multiple times to access the refund page but it never goes anywhere and I've emailed them and sent a message via FB to try and get help. I've also tried using their online chat but it just says it'll email me later. I've received zero help. I want to ship this item back for a refund and it seems impossible to do so. I'm attaching just a couple of my email attempts. I've tried on their messenger as well as ******** and cannot get any assistance. I do not think I will wait any longer. 11/25/22 was the transaction date $97.15 for a wallet The wallets were advertised as high quality genuine leather and are not. They offer returns and high quality customer service on the website. Upon trying to return the wallet online, there is no option to, and customer service is nonexistent. I found a review saying this was a scam company with low quality wallets and a non existent customer service. I just want them to take the wallet back and give me a refund for it.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Airtag Slide Wallet on Nov 21/22 and 2 air tag holders for $159.85 and I was totally dissatisfied with the quality of their products. It was nothing like they report their products to be like on their website. The wallet was very poorly made, along with the Airtag holders (it wasn't carbon fiber, it felt like plastic) so and I immediately wanted a refund.I wrote the company and followed all the instructions on setting up an account and despite their instructions on how to obtain a refund from the online account I created, there is no place to apply. On nov. 1, I placed an order to Normest. As you can see, i cancelled my order right after i placed it. I had seen a lot of people complaining about the company online, that their products are not as advertised so I did not want to continue the order. i emailed the company on all 3 of their addresses asking to cancel the order and telling them to refund my card and not to send the item, a wallet. They never answered me and never issued a refund. they instead sent the wallet, which arrived all scratched up and very cheap looking, even though it was advertised as premium leather. There is nothing premium about it, and it arrived with visible scratches on it. I wrote to them again asking to return the product, as stated on their website they say they have hassle free returns for up tp 45 days. They never answered any of my emails. It says to fill out a contact form, but there is no contact form on their site. I want a refund on the item. Thank youInitial Complaint

I purchased a smart wallet online from a company called NORMEST a few weeks ago. They charged my **** and I received the wallet. It wasnt what I was expecting so I wanted to return it. I couldnt find any return policy so I sent them an email asking them to send me instructions on how to return the item. The order number is (N22-23528) and the amount of the purchase was $86.35. I never heard anything back and sent them several other emails with no response. Its no been several weeks without any response.
