Hello *****, thank you for bringing your situation to our attention. PayLink is the Payment Plan Provider for your vehicle and home service contracts. As the Payment Plan Provider, we handle the processing of the monthly installment plan. We are not involved with anything related to the sale of, cancellation of, or anything else related to the vehicle and home service contracts themselves. Our records indicate that on February 7, 2025, you purchased a vehicle service contract from ************************************* and a home service contract from *************************** (collectively *****). Furthermore, our records indicate that your vehicle and home service contracts were cancelled on May 2, 2025. Accordingly, no further payments have been or will be collected from you by PayLink. In an attempt to further assist you, PayLink forwarded the contents of your review to *****. It is our understanding from ***** that you called their office to enroll in both auto and home coverage on February 7, 2025. Per USAPS, beginning on April 30, 2025, your daughter called their office several times requesting cancellation. Their records show that your daughter initially expressed concerns about the legitimacy of your coverages, claiming you did not make those purchases. ***** then reviewed the original sales call and confirmed that you had purchased those coverages, of which your daughter was informed. Your daughter then requested that the service contracts still be cancelled. ***** has indicated that on May 2, 2025, their office processed the cancellations without requiring additional documentation. Per USAPS, they are in the process of issuing refunds for both your vehicle and home service contracts in the amounts of $205.10 and $234.12, for a total refund of $439.22. For any further questions, please contact USAPS directly at ************* for assistance. Thank you.Review fromScott K

They are a very convincing scam operation, sent me a very convincing letter (looked like it came direct from the manufacturer) prompting me to extend the factory warranty on a car I had just bought. After a month I realize my card is being charged to PayLink (like, what's that?). After another month, I receive a similar but less convincing letter from another rival scam artist. I then call the dealership and realize PayLink is charging me for something I had already bought from the dealership when I bought the car. I then check the PayLink website and find my policy number has no online account connected with it. I then call the customer service department, talk to a **** get transferred to another **** who tells me I have to mail them a hard-copy letter requesting they cancel my account (like, they can't do this over the phone? or with an email?). So I'm certainly cancelling this account. But my next big question is: How does PayLink get an A+ rating from BBB if their service ***** so bad? Read the reviews... PayLink rates 1.07 on a 5-scale. Those reviews are accurate.PayLink Direct

If there was a possible way to leave 0 stars I would. The whole cancellation process is so dated , why would any business in 2024 not have a business email - to be able to send documents in. Having the process required to have to physical documents to send into to them that MY time , MY gas and MY money to mail them in a physical document. When I can send a PDF. file of the cancellation/Trade-in. So that this policy can be cancelled right then and there. This business is a scam and will fraudulently charge you. The customer service was horrible and unsupportive, in no way shape or form would you need a physical copy unless this business is of government entity.PayLink Direct

When I asked to cancel the subscription, the sales agents were so rude and aggressive to me. I've never encountered anyone like them before. Somebody should shutdown this business. I mean look at the ratings. Speaks louder than words. You've to ask them for a cancellation confirmation mail because unless you ask they won't send you any. The first time I asked the customer *** said they didn't send any. I asked for confirmation number and she gave me some bogus number if asked again she couldn't ***eat. I had to be sure to avoid a charge in the next billing cycle so later that day I emailed my request again to the customer service address and I got a ***ly that says my payment was suspended. I verified in the customer account that the subscription is finally canceled.PayLink Direct

I decided not to use the policy and wanted to cancel it. When I called it seemed they wanted to know why and the person was very aggressive about it. He asked me if this was a joke, he wouldnt listen to me and kept talking over me. Then spoke with a supervisor and he was just as bad. He told me his name was ****. He told me I obviously couldnt think for my self and he didnt understand why I just wanted to cancel without any explanations. I feel I dont have to explain the why. I would not get a policy with them ever and I will let the people be aware of their bad customer service.PayLink Direct

Very bad customer service. I called to cancel my auto policy and was forced to keep it another month to think about if I still wanted to cancel. I called the next month and was then harassed by the guy on the phone. I had to talk to him for 20 minutes trying to cancel this policy because he would not want to do it for me. He kept repeating the same thing and asking personal questions which were extremely unnecessary. I dont care how good of a policy it is, if I want to cancel something I dont want to spend ******************************************* and make assumptions instead of canceling what I demand to get done.PayLink Direct
