If 0 stars were possible, that is what I would give. Absolutely a scam company. Do not do business with them. I had no choice and no opportunity to check before being suckered into their services They handle payments for an extended warrantee on our van. Remit address changed with no notice. Payments were delayed / misplaced as a result. Initially setup autopay through my 1 bank. New address not recognized by either of my banks. When I made a payment online, they claim it was not received. There is a check-box you must UNCHECK when making an online payment to prevent them from saving account information and withdrawing automatically every month. I will be following up with the issuer of the warrantee.

This company is a scam and should be absolutely prosecuted for their scams. They told me I had an account which I do not at all and expect me to pay an outrageous fee. Definitely have reported it and will continue to do so because this is a joke.

As the Payment Plan Provider, we handle the processing of the monthly installment plan. We are not involved with anything related to the sale or cancellation of the policy, or anything else related to the home service contract itself. Our records indicate that on November 16, 2022, you purchased a home service contract from Aegis Warranty Group (Aegis). In an attempt to further assist you, PayLink forwarded the contents of your review to ********* is our understanding from Aegis that auto-debit for your policy was set up in error on December 22, 2023 when you called their office to make your December payment. Since a chargeback had been previously filed for the October 2023 payment, one (1) payment was past due for your policy. This caused that payment to be debited automatically on your policys payment due date. Per Aegis, the most recent payment of $169.20 was refunded to your card on January 2, ****, and the premium amount of your policy has been lowered by $300.00 to account for any overdraft fees you may have incurred. Aegis has indicated that monthly invoices will be issued for future policy payments and that they are working with you to address any past due payments. I just took over my 71 year old bills this month. I noticed she has a withdrawal from her checking account for ****** for a company called Paylink home I knew immediately she had been scammed after doing my research on this company. My aunt has never owned a home she can't drive so she has never owned a car. I will reporting them to the BBB and her bank. I tried to call the bogus number and of course no answer. These companies should be charged with criminal charges for this. I see the many reviews for similar incidents. I will also be contacting the Attorney General about this matter. I will not stop until she gets all her fixed income money refunded!

Why I did not read these reviews before signing up with scam company called PayLinkDirect. They scammed me the same way expressed on this platform. A con salesman called and eventually I agreed to sign up and monthly payment was done over a year now. It got to a point I needed the warranty to cover my expenses the warranty supposed to cover but could not get any of their department to help me. PaylinkDirect is a total scam company without any doubt so everyone should refrain from them.

These people prey on older adults that do not know how to verify legit business. My senior adult mother took out a ********************* Contract with *********************** for $84.71 a month effective date 7/18/22. Paylink Direct is the company deducting charges from her acct. We called to cancel the agreement and we were told that we had to show proof that the car was sold and a notarized letter. I logged on to the account to realized the "current amount due" was $84.71 but they received from her bank acct $132.17 a month. They have overcharge over a $1,000.00 plus the over-draft/late fees because they caused over draft issues on her acct. They do not deserve 1 star.

Hello *****, thank you for bringing your situation to our attention.PayLink is the Payment Plan Provider for your mothers service contract. As the Payment Plan Provider, we handle the processing of the monthly installment plan. We are not involved with anything related to the sale or cancellation of the policy, or anything else related to the vehicle service contract itself. Our records indicate that on July 18, 2022, your mother purchased a vehicle service contract from *********************** LLC (Lariat). Furthermore, our records indicate that your mothers vehicle service contract was cancelled on September 29, 2023. Accordingly, no further payments have been or will be collected from your mother by PayLink. In an attempt to further assist you, PayLink forwarded the contents of your review to Lariat. It is our understanding from Lariat that your mother called their office in early September stating she was no longer able to afford her policy unless the payments were lowered. At that time, ****** reduced the overall premium amount for your mothers policy, which lowered the monthly payment of $130.17 to $84.71. Please note that some methods of payment incur a $2.00 processing fee.It is also our understanding from Lariat that they cancelled your mothers policy per her request when she contacted their office. Lariat requests, per the terms of your mothers policy, that a letter of cancellation be mailed to their office at ***************************************************************************** so that they can issue any refund that *** be due to your mother. Per Lariat, the letter does not need to be notarized, and they ask that it include the mailing address the refund check should be issued to. I contacted immediately my extended car warranty and confirmed to me that I don't have anything past due, checked my bank account and indeed *********************** is up-to-date.
