    On 7/23/23 Aarons Plumming services was contact by American home shield ( home warranty service) . I had scheduled a service appointment for 7/28 with Aarons plumbing for a malfunctioning shower valve . The technician came to my home on 7/28 , took apart my shower valve and stated he needed parts and would come back the following day . I noticed that my shower valve was leaking worst after he took it apart . The ******* showed me how to turn off the water and said he was returning the nest day 7/29 . He said he would look at the second bathroom when he came back .( both bathroom showered were on the service request). The ******* never reported back . I texted the number he called from and also placed several calls to the service center . On 8/4/23 another plumber came out and put in his report that someone attempted to fix the valve and claim denied . The first Plummrr never sent a diagnosis test nor followed up . Now American Home Shield denied my claim . I got a quote to repair the problem for 3 times worth the amount it should cost ( **** for a 300 **** .00 valve , plus other things totally about *******

    On 7/28 the plumber did not take the shower valve apart. The plumber removed the handle which is the first thing that has to be done. The valve could not be taken apart and never was. Only the handle was removed. After the handle was removed the job stopped because the chrome escutcheon that covers the cartridge could not be taken off. This escutcheon should slide off the cartridge with minimal effort. We could see the cartridge is shattered inside the escutcheon. Someone clearly damaged this cartridge in some sort of failed attempt to fix it themselves. There's absolutely no truth that the plumber made anything worse. There's also screws missing that had to be removed by someone. The customer is not offering any information on how this all happened. The valve will not come apart as designed and must be replaced due to the damage.

    The hallway shower valve is another situation where the handle can not be taken off due to Improper previous attempts at service. There is a rusted and broken s**** on the opening where an ***** wrench would be inserted to remove the handle. The proper threaded grommet is missing and now it appears some sort of drywall s**** was used.

    Both valves have been destroyed by failed attempts by either owner or previous owner or someone who has no ability. 
    Both valves now have to be replaced.

    Hello,I would like to file a complaint against ******************, ******* ** for property damages caused by an incompetent worker. On February 18, *********************************************************************************************************************** my 3rd floor apartment. Feb 23, 2023 ********************************* technician by the name of *** arrived to fix the stoppage. After 15 mins or so of loud noises my renter on the first floor notice water pouring down her bedroom wall. When confronting *** about this, he became irate yelling and verbally aggressive. He also stated he "need to fix something" and he would be back. After causing the leak I reached out to ***** Plumbing to inform them of what happen. I spoke with the "scheduler" and was told they would follow-up with a supervisor. No one from ***** Plumbing has ever reached out to me to try to resolve the situation and I continue to get a voicemail when I try calling them. I would greatly appreciate any assistance to resolve this situation. Due to the technician incompetence has caused me to need a pipe re modification which will cost a hundreds if not a few thousands to complete.

HER APPT WAS SCHEDULED FOR 2/21/23 ****************** WAS ASSIGNED. *************** HAD AN ISSUE WITH A KIT SINK STOPPAGE NOT DRAINING IS WHAT HER ORDER STATED. PLUMBER ARRIVED HAD TO REPAIR A LEAK AND LOOSE PIPE  ON THE 3RD FLOOR BEFORE HE COULD LOOK AT KIT SINK. *************** HAD ****** OUT TO RUN NEW PIPE WORK IN HER HOME. THE PLUMBER UNCLOGGED KITCHEN SINK.
