      Avoid Four Seasons HVAC at All Costs Our experience with Four Seasons was awful from start to finish. In mid-2024, we paid nearly $11,000 for a new A/C and furnace. The salesman promised experienced installers (5+ years), but two young techs arrivedone clearly just out of trade school. The install took over 13 hours, and the lead tech relied on manuals, texts, and even had to leave to get missing materials.Due to the poor install, we requested a quality check. That revealed missing componentsa 20-amp circuit breaker and a burnt-out ** light. It took four separate visits to partially resolve these issues. We eventually gave up on getting the ** light ************ forward to June 2025: condensation was leaking from our ducts. Still within warranty, we called Four Seasons. Another inexperienced tech came and told us the ducts shouldve been insulated and the return-air duct replacedsomething that should have happened during the original install. Despite admitting these were install errors, customer service refused to cover the repairs. After multiple calls, we were still ********* make things worse, the tech admitted hed never done this kind of job before and said a simple one-hour repair might take him four. We asked for a quote and were told it would take 2448 hours just to receive it.Frustrated, we called Modern Air Solutions, who came the next day and solved the issue in minutesno parts, just basic troubleshooting.The final straw? Four Seasons missed a scheduled tune-up on July 15. When I called, they claimed no appointment was on file.Four Seasons is disorganized, poorly managed, and sends undertrained techs into customers homes. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that knows what its doing.

      they took 15k down deposit for a $22k job. And still never finished any work. When asked for my deposit back. They said it states in their "contract" "estimate" non-refundable deposit. Which they added an additional line into that "Contract" / "Estimate". **** C and **** the manger both added that to the contract. This is not an honest company!!!!!!!! I have lost my 15k deposit. And nothing was done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This term was agreed upon prior to any payment being made.The deposit covered scheduling, administrative planning, and resource allocation. While on-site work had not yet started, internal preparations were underway when the project was cancelled.Due to liability considerations, Regional can only directly address matters with the party named in the contract.       Initially, while I was out of town, a salesperson from Four Seasons convinced my wife that our furnace was cracked, selling her a new $10,000 furnace. This claim was later proven completely false by their own installation team, who confirmed our furnace had no such issue. Since this new unit was installed, we have experienced a continuous nightmare of problems. Most alarmingly, during another instance when I was out of town, my wife discovered water leaking from our roof. We contacted Four Seasons, whose plumber arrived and found no plumbing-related issues. However, he commented openly that the **** setup installed by Four Seasons was one of the worst he had ever encountered a forced-fit unit poorly designed and improperly installed. Later the same day, an A/C technician from Four Seasons arrived and immediately blamed the leak on the air conditioning unit itself, disregarding any issues with the **** installation. Despite my clear explanation that the issue was water leakage, potentially caused by poor drainage or piping issues rather than freon or unit functionality, he insisted on climbing onto the roof and repeatedly had me cycle the unit on and off during 93-degree weather. He returned, claiming the A/C unit was outdated and insisted we needed a new $12,000. Recognizing the upselling tactic immediately, I dismissed his suggestions. Shockingly, within hours of his departure, the previously functional A/C stopped working entirely. The technician had short-circuited the motherboard during his so-called assessment. To state it bluntly: Four Seasons Heating and Cooling is not a reputable business. Their practices center around aggressive upselling tactics bordering on deception and fraud. My experience has been both financially costly and emotionally draining. This company requires a complete overhaul of its culture and business ethics before it deserves anyone's trust or business.

      Our experience related to the installation and repair attempts for the ** unit by Four Seasons started on April 22, 2025, and was completed on May 2, 2025.. Despite multiple technician visits and long work hours, key issues included delayed appointments, missing parts, and a lack of proper equipment. Due to all of the issues we encountered, I contacted Lansing **************************** Conditioning to check that everything was functioning properly. The owner of the company came and checked the **. He told us what to watch for and to contact him if we encounter any issues. There was no charge for his services. So if you're thinking of contacting Four Seasons for any reason, please reconsider. We highly recommend you contact Lansing **************************** Conditioning!

      My capacitor failed only 2 mos after my former heating and cooling contractor did a tune up without checking everything but quickly hosed down my air conditioning unit and took off. I knew he did not do everything he should with very limited equipment. I called Four Seasons yesterday (Sunday) and they sent out their tech that afternoon. ******* ***** checked everything in the Furnace and then did a complete check up of my air-conditioning unit. He found the Capacitor needed replacing and did so immediately while taking care of other issues my former contractor refused to do. *** ***** took care of all that for me. Thanks *** ***** and Thank you Four Seasons. There are professional check lists for air conditioning and furnace tune *** on the internet with which I realized my former contractor failed to perform all the items on the check list. Some contractors also sent their apprentice who failed to complete all items on the check lists. It seems Four Seasons' experienced techs provided a complete tune up unlike many other contractors.

      came out and told me the blower motor was out and it would cost 3.000 dollars to repair got a second opinion and was told it was under warranty no charge 4 season tried to rip me off stay as far away from these dishonest company
