      Helpful and quick service. The service engineer came out and stayed on site until the job was completed. Checked everything on the ac unit. Hector Vasquez was awesome he was sent to look at are ac unit .

      After receiving a coupon from 4 seasons I had them out to do routine maint on my Carrier HVAC. System is just over 5 yrs as is my house, so it was time. The tech told me all kinds of things wrong with it. Told me my ac was constantly freezing up and was rusting out, this based on trace mold on the drainage pipe. (No rust was visable & never saw it frozen.) Told me my blower motor was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. Quoted me $1200. He tried to install a generic blower mtr but mounting brcket was diff (should have been a clue to his inexperience), had to get the correct carrier part. By the time he was done bill was just shy of $2200. Of course, he told me it could go out at any time so felt pressured to replace it. Something in the back of my mind, told me I was getting ripped off. After he left, I looked up the cost of the part and it was 350 to 400 depending on seller, and it only took him 1/2 hr to install. Considering the bill, I figured the hourly rate for him to install the part was over $1000 for 1/2 hour of work. I Totally got ripped on the cost of the part. In addition, after calling other businesses I found that the cost should have been around $800 and found my unit was still under warranty & the part should have been free and I should have only paid labor. These people are supposed to be experts and should have told me the warranty on my unit was still good. I assumed it being over 5 yrs it was expired. When I called & asked why the part replacement was that high, I was told they use ave cost of the part to replace nationwide. I did file a complaint with them the next day, & they did refund me only $850. The fact that they had to open a claim & send for review tells me they have been called out on their high pricing scams a lot. To top it all off, my unit was not cooling at all the next day, so had to call them out again. Turns out the tech forgot to turn the compressor back on. They will never step foot in my house again.

      I should have cancelled from the start..They qouted me and took a down payment on my home I needed a complete new system and asked to use the old ducts ... I was assured no problem Then they sent installer to insulate the ductwork and he came and left...The city of ****** came out to do inspection and told me insulation work was terrible work sloppy and not properly sealed ductwork THEN the inspector proceed to tell me panning wasn't allow in floor joists..So how if this ISNT ALLOWED why did four seasons take my money and sign a contract for a job that IS NOT IN CODE for city of joliet So a supervisor named ***** came out and also said YES ductwork wasn't sealed and wrapped inproperly...He also claimed that he DIDNT KNOW about the code of joliet and would figure something out...Next thing the salesman **** is sending me a new bill for additional $3950 I refused to pay more when they should have told me this from the beginning..... ARENT THEY SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE CODES???So after arguing we agreed upon me paying additional $1000 which I agreed to because I was told MONDAY my system would be installed and DONE as long as I made payment in that moment WHICH I DID..$8239 and this was after my DOWN PAYMENT OF. $2500...So as of this moment four seasons has $10739 of my hard earned money and NOW they are telling me maybe next week they can fit me in and install my unit....I have called several times and asked to speak to the owner and they just transfer me to one person to another and NEVER CAN SEEM to figure this out....I am truly shocked that such a big well known company just treats people like this Called **** and he is out of town and claims he can't do anything Called ***** supervisor several times and never answers calls nor messages Been over 15 days since $2500 down payment and another 5 days since made balance payment of $8369....So $10769 and I can't even speak to someone serious

      I wanted to leave an honest review based on my experience with Four Seasons:The sales process with ***** ******** was excellent. He was clear, responsive, and a big reason I chose Four Seasons. But unfortunately, everything after the install fell apart and turned into a stressful, frustrating experience.Installation issues included:1. Technicians working in my home past 11pm, which disrupted my family unnecessarily 2. A 3-day ordeal just to get enough refrigerant into one of the systems, with no continuity between techs and no internal handoff notes 3. A bedroom door improperly reinstalled after they removed it to get to the **** unit took me two weeks and multiple calls to get it fixed 4. Dirt and debris left behind in multiple areas (floor, attic tile, etc.)5. A large piece of paint damaged near one of the duct returns during duct cleaning (Four seasons claimed I signed a contract which waived their liability if paint was removed)To make matters worse, I was mistakenly double charged for duct cleanings, even though three were already included in my initial invoice, and I had to chase that down through customer service.And speaking of customer service, long hold times (25+ minutes), no consistent point of contact, and in total I spent about two hours on the phone trying to coordinate cleanups and fixes.The installers were friendly, and the equipment seems solid, but the lack of communication between departments, the mess, the billing errors, and the lack of follow-through all added up.I gave two stars only because the sales experience was strong, the equipment appears to be working, and the initial install was on time. But this was otherwise a bait-and-switch type experience: polished up front, but poorly executed in the back end. I expected a lot more from a company of this size.

      Had a regular Air Conditioning service today. The technician took time to examine the furnace and in house coil (It is in our crawl space). He checked the outside unit, coolant pressure and power washed the fins. No hurrying, just a very competent effort. This technician said he'd been working for 4 Seasons since graduating from a trade school more than 15 years ago. No shortcuts here in his efforts. That's why I deal with 4 Seasons as they are better than any other Company I have dealt with.
