5 starsWe have used Four Seasons services for years for maintenance for our heating and air-conditioning; we have them come out in spring and fall and appreciate the ************************ who check out our HVAC and let us know when something is off or when everything checks out just fine. 5 starsI made an appointment for the maintenance of the furnace and was given the date of Friday, October 21st between the hours of 8 - 1. The technician showed up did what he had to do, all appeared to be fine. However the next next, Saturday, October 22nd my furnace cut on after temperature had dropped below the thermostat designated temperature. 3 to 5 minutes later the furnace shuts off which is normal once it reached the desired temperature set.However later in the afternoon around 3ish the furnace came on and wouldnt shut off even when I raised the temperature, I placed a call to 4 seasons its now at least 4 pm, wasnt expecting someone to come out today, however much to my pleasant surprise I was given a time interval that a technician would be at my home between 5-9 pm. That was great because although the temperature was raised to 72 it was blowing cool air. By 6 pm the technician called informed me how soon he would be arriving.The technician was polite, explained to me briefly that he would be trouble shooting to determine what was contributing to the issue. In short he determined the circuit board needed to be replaced. Fortunately he had the part in his truck and he replaced it. All is well for he tested it and my furnace was up and running and providing heat. 5 starsHave used 4 Seasons for over a decade and have found them dependable and trustworthy. Recently, after my AC was serviced, it stopped working. Under the "No Beak Down guarrantee, 4 Seasons came out and fixed the problem at no charge. I was impressed.Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric
