      My apartment is molded, I have a major infestation issue, the heat is rarely on even though we have these low temperatures. Property manager disclosed confidential information to my neighbor which was not true. And Supervisors are extremely rude not concerned about any building related issues. Told property manager about water pressure she said it was nothing she can do about it. Neighbor is constantly stomping over my head, and the property manager told her that I harassed tenants all the time, and that was not true. Either my character is being tarnished due to the fact of discrimination. The property manager is selling lies to the tenants about me What part of protocol does CYM disclose confidential information to residence. The building is infested with roaches, moths, mice. Homeless people are always in the hallway, sleeping or smoking. And I am constantly having power outages.

      When I initially moved in (11/4/24) to Crossings at ********************* the maintenance man had to let me into my apartment because the leasing agent was not on the property and didn't get there until hours after the office opened. I didn't receive a paper work so that I can mark off all the wrong things I found in the Apt nor any forms to fill out for my cars. I was told to not to worry about all that just send her pictures of what was wrong in the apartment and shell have maintenance come fix the issues. I reached out the same day and sent a list to her and asked her to fix the issues I had only some of them have been fixed. I asked before I moved in my things on 11/15/24 for them to remove these roaches so that I wouldn't have my things compromised, nobody came until the day of me moving my things in and when I went to the office I was told the roaches are coming from someone who just moved out and I shouldn't see them much anymore. I don't come from a home with roaches and I don't want to be in a home with roaches since then I've asked to continuously be on the list and to have pest control drop in more often than just Monday I've only seen pest control twice and when I asked the pest control person what happened he said I wasn't on the list and they haven't been calling him in. I have tried calling corporate but their voicemail is full and I see why. I also have orange/brown/black water coming from all faucets but the worst is in my bathroom, I have had the water department come out to test my water and even they have tried speaking with my apartment complex about the situation but every time I put in a work order they cancel it or say its completed without coming to view the issue. They've only been to my apartment once about the water issue and said they cleaned the pipes but the water is still coming out orange in the tub, I've asked for a plumber to review the faucet per the water department and they still closed out my case. I have so much more to say!!

      Slum lords!!! at ****************************** they took over for Pangea management and still haven't turned the heat on. Sneaky little b's sent their little team over right before it became ice cold in ******* and gave everyone little (real little) space heaters. I took it an even said thank you. Fast forward 2 weeks and Chicago winter has set, guess what? The boilers down (they knew) and decide to keep everyone quiet by giving space heaters. Well, we called 311 on their a and withheld rent. These guys had the nerve to call and threaten eviction. Guess what I did. I first called 3411 non emergency line and told them what was up, secondly I called ABC eye witness news and they are about to broadcast to ******* just how these slum lords operate. Go ahead and mess with my heat, no payment from me and you just go ahead and try to evict people when you have no heat in the building. It doesn't work like that. Think you're slick but you are just shooting yourself in the foot. Slum lords!!!! Do not rent in CYM properties!!!

      Stole my security deposit. Refuse to give any updates, answer any phone calls. Refused to allow me to speak with management, corporate etc. Moved out Jun 17 2023. Its November 19th, no return of my security deposit to date. No one has called me back since September nor have they returned any of the 40+ calls and voicemails I have left them.

      The apartment that I rented at ***************** is molded mildewed and has fungus rats and roaches and caused health problems for me. The landlord refused to make repairs and denied the fact that the building is old and run down. I went and got tested and everything that was in the apartment was in my skin test. No one has compensated me for the damages that caused harm to my body.

      They took extra money out of my account twice refuse to gave me my money back a wants to credit me didn't tell me they not using the old system anymore a they have mouse ?? they very unprofessional.

      I paid my security deposit and they cancelled my move in 3 days before due to them having court for the ****** unit. They told me it will be ***** business days however its now August this happened in June and they have no care on giving me my money. They also keep hanging up on me when I ask to speak with a manager I have emailed them texted the business number and more and I am constantly getting ignored.

      A real review is that they are neglectful, thieves stealing, abusers and a overall the worst property service to be living in...when instead of helping the black nation have some nice suitable reasonable places to stay they just charge an raise the rent every year, put working people with stay at home dysfunctional people. they charge tenants to fix things in their units when it is clearly obvious that the problem is within the building's foundation an sewer lines. So for anyone who is looking to move into these apartments be warned that you will regret it one day!!!

      THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR FOR ONE YEAR I SPENT TRYING TO GET THEM TO FIX THE **** IN MY BATHROOM IN WHICH CAUSED WATER DAMAGE BETWEEN MY KITCH AND BATHROOM I HAVE KIDS THEY REFUSED TO MOVE ME LYING STATING THEY HAD NO WHERE TO PLACE ME MOLD GROWING THROUGH THE **** IN ALL ROOMS WHEN THEY DID "FIX" IT WASNT DONE UP TO CODE AFTER CALLING CODE ENFRORCEMENT THE WATER DAMAGE WAS SO BAD IN THE BATHROOM YOU COULD SMELL THE ***** OF THE WOOD....THEY DIDNT FOLLOW PROPER PROTICAL ON ANYTHING INCLUDING THE ***** THEY HAD SOMEONE COVER UP WITH NEW DRY **** WHILE THE **** WAS STILL WET CAUSING THE NEW DRY **** TO GROW MOLD THEY KEPT MARKING THINGS AS FIXED EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER SENT ANYONE OUT THEY SENT SOMEONE ONCE THEY DIDNT KNOCK BUT LEFT A TICKET STATING I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT IF I HADNT OF GONE TO CHECK MY MAIL TO SEE HIM WALKING OUT THE DOOR. I WOULD HAVE AGRRED I MISSED IT THEY LIE SO MUCH AND ABUSE THEY POWER I PAID RENT ON **** ALL THE **** EVEN WITH ALL THE ISSUES
