I have had the best experience with Excel Book Writing. I provided my completed Manuscript to them and they have executed everything as outlined in my contract. **** ****** has been instrumental as my project manager in bringing my vision to life. I would highly recommend this organization, and I plan to one day use their services again.

I wrote a 76 page biography. The editing process was long and laborious. It took way too long. But in the end it was perfect, which is what I wanted. I had to ask the photos to be cropped and it took several attempts to get them into the appropriate chapter. In the end I had to wait from August until October 28th to receive my book. They are very hard to deal with. ****** ***** is a jerk. I'm having very much difficulty uploading my memoirs and since he is impossible to deal with o want my $800.00 returned. I have several other companies dying to do my book for a far better price with better results. He refuses to refund my monies. Please assist.. thank you.Excel Book Writing

To whom it concern, I think your company should give a little consideration for young author or beginning author, on prices of their books. Because of the inflation going. When or if the inflation rate goes down then your company can go back to there regularly prices!Excel Book Writing

I don't think you want me to tell you what I think! For over two years I have been working with this company (Excel Book Writers) We had our *** and downs. I agreed to some things. They agreed to some things. We built what i thought was a really nice book. After it taking 'forever', I finally was able to purchase a book from ******. Yes, you read that correctly. I received NO books from Excel but I did give them a lot of $$$$$$$. I simply cannot get ANY books from the publisher...which was agreed upon in the contract. My recent emails to them have been blocked. I have not received contact from those with whom I worked. And I still have no books and customers are unable to purchase from ************************* BOOKS.Who are all these people who are writing amazing reviews?????Please think many times over before using this publishing company. Nice people...bad business. And yes, I was a nice person with whom to work!Seriously, after complaining I must add that for a new author: it is critical to rely on reviews and suggestions from other new authors. It is critical that once a contract has been agreed upon, then the company and the author should agree on the outcome. It is critical that once an author has provided payment for contracted items, those items should be carried out. It is critical that the company with whom the contract has been agreed upon should, within a reasonable length of time, complete the process by providing the agreed upon product. It is critical that professionalism is in place throughout the total process - just just promises but PRODUCT. Don't say "Oh, that's just water under/over/wherever the bridge. "Don't say, "Oh, don't cry over spilled milk or juice or whatever."/I spent my money and I was so excited to have my book published. ******* ****Excel Book Writing

As for the other aspects of your project, all the specifications you requested for your book were fulfilled, and we have your approval letters on file confirming the completion of these elements.

They made the editing/publishing experience smooth and I am happy to see my writing out there due to their hard work. This was an excellent experience for a new publisher! ******* and his crew did a fantastic job with my book. They were patient and made sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it.
