I have published 2 books with Excel and it's been a nightmare! I paid thousands, and got a book with errors. I am so disappointed in this company! I write children's books and was hoping to get them out to the public. They said they'd have a website for me to help market my books...nothing! I wish I could get my money back!!!Excel Book Writing

My project manager **** came on board at the end of the publishing process of my 2nd book "Fluttering On". He was a great asset in the final process in finalizing my book for publication. My inspirational poetry book is very unique with special touches and tells a personal story as the sequel to my first book "Flutter of an Eye". He understood what I was looking for such as incorporating names, dates and pictures in combination with various poems in my book. He offered great suggestions to highlight specific special poems and was always there to lend a hand and use his expertise! His understanding of the story I was trying to tell was crucial and beneficial. The book turned out beautiful and I look forward to sharing my inspirational poetry with others to be inspired by as well. **** did an "Excel"lent job with the attention to details and understanding the special touches and attention to detail that I wanted to reflect the poems and tell a story! The communication and ease of doing things is great! I'm a first time author and I don't have any idea what I'm doing and they are really great at helping me through it and explaining everything. At first, frankly, I was deeply disappointed with the work of the company's managers because they constantly made lots of strange stupid mistakes everywhere throughout my two books to be published and I constantly corrected their work. Also, those previous managers dragged out the publication of my books for some reason or another. As a result, the final publication of my books was greatly delayed, Global Publication was delayed because of mistakes made as well, my two audiobooks were delayed, too... I felt deeply depressed because of the above-mentioned...But, to be perfectly honest, I would like to say that my new managers changed the situation and my mind. *************************, Resolution Manager, and *************************, Manager, constantly try to do their best in all aspects. They are very professional, responsive, polite, and very nice in all respects when doing their work comprehensively. They try to help me solve various burning matters even when being ill. I really hope that they will be able to finish and fulfill all the tasks regarding the Global Publication of my books, creating my two audiobooks as soon as they can, etc.Excel Book Writing
