It amazes me that after I went to the Illinois attorney general bc of an unpaid refund now suddenly excel has many positive reviews. Before I complained to the state they had absolutely no good reviews AT ALL! This leads me to believe the reviews are fake! The editing was horrid and each time I wanted an illustration changed they would change something that I liked and not make the necessary change or they would send me random pages of illustrations with no context as to where they go. The language barrier was bad as well. Before asking for a refund I gave one last chance and asked for 3d renderings bc the current ones were something I could have done myself. Over the course of 2 months I got everything except 3d renderings. After asking for a refund it took 8-9 months to get it and that was only after going to the attorney general. They also try to force you to sign a contract stating you wont complain on social media or give bad reviews or go to attorney general before they agree to a refund. I refused and put my own clause in stating that if refund isnt paid in 2 weeks the contract was void. So they didnt give my refund for months until the state of Illinois contacted them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Do not pay attention to these fake reviews!!!Excel Book Writing

If you claim our positives are fake, we can also claim the negatives are fake, such as yours, but we take complete accountability for all our reviews As we are in the business of providing services, we are aware we cannot please everyone, but we can assure you that we will not let any of our clients down. your refund could have been processed if all procedures were followed, which we ask all our clients to do but your eagerness to get your money right away pushed you into the actions you took. Excel still made it a priority to have your money refunded so we humbly request and encourage that if you can not write the whole truth, including your flaws, please do not blame or criticize the company on fake matter that have not occurred. if you have any further issues and would need any assistance, please reach out to our team and we would be more then happy to helpReview fromYesmin C

I have enjoyed my relationship with Excel Publishing. I am a first-time published author and had no prior experience from anywhere else. My book is over ****** words, so it has taken over a year and a half. I have worked with three project managers in that time, and have had good relationships with all three. My only complaint is that I purchased an editing and marketing plan, but then I was asked to put in more money for the application of the domain for my website. This was after I had been told that I was all set with the marketing plan I had purchased. I really enjoyed working with ***************************** who was the head of my editing until he took over the overall project managing about midway through the process. But then he was moved to a new position and now I have a new project manager for the final stage of publishing and marking. If there was anything that I could have asked for an improved experience, it would be a little more interaction about the book itself. I know they are paid to publish the book and that they don't get anything from the sales, but it is my first book and I feel like I could have used a little more insight into their process. The book itself is amazing though and I am very appreciative of what they have done for me.Excel Book Writing

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Excel Book publishing! I was assigned to ****** not only was her voice pleasant over the phone but her reliability, ************************ return calls & emails were much appreciated! Im so excited to have my first book launch in just a few weeks! It turned out to be better than I envisioned! This company & the assigned Reps are Outstanding!
