      Just saying that people pay all this money for a kids meal and receive a stupid toy that has cards that they don't even give two craps about and it does nothing but have a mess I mean what happened to the figure toys in the Hot Wheels or stuff like that your store or company should not bring a child's toy to something so low like that when the company was open for a child to want their Happy meal for a good toy and sorry excuse of a business

      I went to both McDonalds restaurants in ***************************************** restaurant in *********, ******* last night and all three said their ice cream machines were broken. I dont think they were telling the truth.

      This matter does involve health issues. However, if McDonalds can reach a resolution with me, I will not escalate to the health department. The McDonalds representatives closed the cases before resolutions were reached.Im waiting on resolutions from McDonalds case numbers ********, ********, and ********. All of these incidents are regarding food poisoning. I refuse to travel to any McDonalds for a resolution. I created these orders through the mobile app not at a physical location.

      I placed a mobile order for pickup via drive thru for 4 McMuffins. The sandwiches were not cooked and the cheese was not even on the bun, it was outside of the muffin.       April 16, 2024 My app does not work, I have been calling you now for over a year and a half and this issue has not been fixed. I even have a new phone and keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have call you, contacted you through the app, and even contacted you through ********* I have not yet receive a solution. When will you fix this issue? My payment in the app does not work, I have tried different cards and different payment methods but none work in the app at all. I have miss out on so many deals and over pay for items all because the app doesnt accept any payments. When will I get money back from missing deals? When will my app works?       I am rejecting this response because: I have been contacting McDonald's every month for closed to two years now for the app not accepting payments.  I even got a new phone and even used different devices and still the payment option does not work. No one has gotten back to me. I even contacted your social media outlets and they keep saying, their gonna follow up with me but nothing.  I got no response from your tech teams through email.  When are you gonna take this issue serious and fix the app for me.  I cannot accept payments.  I have lost out on many deals and rewards all because I can't make a payment through the app and still I have not gotten any compensation for my troubles.

      TODAY APRIL 12, 20** AT 9:00am, I WAS SERVED MY LARGE CARAMEL ICE COFFEE WITH A *****/BUG FLOATING ON TOP.       I placed an online order for my fiancee and myself.We work from home so he went to go pick it up.I sent him the screenshot with the order info and code.They refused to give him the order and said he needs to bring the phone. They refused to give a refund.My fiancee told me to cancel the order, she was unable to because it was marked as completed by the store.When we called the office to confirm my fiancee can go into the store and pick up a void receipt, the manager ***** was rude and did not provide any assistance. She refused to provide the refund back to the card, a void receipt or her name. We refuse to go to this store and get a refund as the way the lady speaks on the phone, she has no customer service skills whatsoever. **************************** and ***** need customer service training as this is not the first issue I've had with this location.

      i had a horrid experience with quality of food and service . its the second occurrence in a month . the owner leaves phone number on drive thru window never returns ************** is a joke and so is quality of the food . why own a business and not care about this or refurn ohone calls

      I do not appreciate being hassled and panhandled for a donation when ordering food. You know I have my money ready and to put me on the spot and try to make me feel guilty is wrong. In addition, don't tell me to just say no. I am sure that your harassment policy doesn't say that. To me, this is a form of harassment when your purposefully target people who are paying for food. Do you tell your employees to just say no if harassed, or to take legal measures to stop the harassment? I will never go to McDonald's again.
