12/30/23-1-15-24 Scammed me out of $38.00, refused to refund after I placed an online order, proceeded to check in, order disappeared. Went in to recieve a refund 12/30/2023, still havent received my refund. Contacted corporate via email, no accountability whatsoever, just a response asking for more information (despite me having an account), and a response saying I have to receive a refund from that particular franchise. Well, I tried that, provided my cc and still nothing. When I contacted them again, I was told my case was closed due to no response which is a blatant lie as I responded within the time frame (can verify with emails), and recieved a unprofessional response accepting no accountability/responsibility for tje fraud/ dospicable customer/personal information being compromised, the treatment recieved and being double charged. A bunch of unprofessional, lying, hypocrites. I will also be filing complaints with outside agency (fraudulent business practices/fraud) since these individuals like to play games and reject emails after corresponding from the same email minutes prior to turning off the email. I also have verification of such activites with screenshots/times/dates/email, ect.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Theres no accountability, I still havent received my refund, I have provided verification of the half investigation, the rude emails, unprofessionally rejecting my emails, customers service blatantly lying, repeated issues with the online portal/mobil app and its been almost 30 days, NO excuse for double charging me and not refunding me. Obviously the store/location did not thoroughly provide adequate service and or my refund. Dont know what kind of scam you guys are running, I will be notifying outside governing agencies and providing documentation. Its no wonder these workers lack courtesy.Sincerely,

Again the only store in *********** **. Your manger is worthless workers are not trained, cant even make the products to the advertised menu, they look like a mess. How can anyone not put in the filter in the coffee machine.have sent the picture to a lawyer and you lost 20 people in my family that will never go to your stores

I ordered on the app went to drive thru and gave code. Girl on the drive thru had an attitude and said I need to look it up I was at wrong store and then stopped talking. Gave the mic to someone else so I went inside. My wife called the manager to ask for assistance with the application on how to change the order. Manager name ***** and she had an attitude refused to help me on the phone and talked down to my husband she then hung up in my wife face in front of me and walked away from me. On 11/7/23 at 7:20 AM I stopped at the Mcdonald's in *****************, **** to purchase breakfast for myself and my family. I was on my way home and running a little behind from voting and my husband was heading to work right when I got home. I pull up, place my order and proceed through to the second window where I am asked to park around the corner. This location was not busy at this time. Two cars ahead of me that were through by the time I pulled up and a couple inside eating. Every time I visit this location and my order includes hotcakes or mcnuggets I am pulled. So I pulled around and start waiting. At 7:34, 14 minutes after placing my order, my husband calls to see if I'm almost home. So I walk in to see if the food is done. The girl who finally addresses me has an attitude like no other from the start. I tell her I'm just trying to see if my food is done as it's been 14 minutes. She says, "it's been 5 minutes. 661 second to be exact." She never even asked what my order was to confirm this. Anyway she proceeds to say they were cooking hashbrowns and that I could "wait in my car." Finally she says did you have hotcakes or no. I tell her we did. She throws a bag on the counter and says here you go. I quickly look in the back as another 5 minutes have passed at this point and it's 7:39. It appears to be right so I drive home. When I get home and pull everything out of the back nothing is correct but the 3 hashbrowns. I had ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal, a sausage egg and cheese bagel meal and big breakfast with hotcakes. What I got was a steak egg and cheese bagel, a sausage mcgriddle with no sausage ***** and a big breakfast with no hotcakes. I did speak to **** at the location who offered two free meals but I would really just like a refund. I'm just so over dealing with this location. I placed an order to my local Mdonalds on 11/24 via the app. When I went to the store, there was a sign that they had closed early. I reached out to corporate customer service the following week to ask for a refund. They said it would take **** days. After 15 days and no refund, I reached out again. They said they would take my complaint, and I emphasized it was not a complaint but I simply needed the refund for goods not received. I reached out a third time and they said the refund can only be provided by the McDonalds that I ordered from. It has been almost a month since this transaction and my refund for food not received has not been provided. I have done everything within my capabilities to get my refund and its been a struggle to get help from customer service.Business Response

I went to the McDonald's on ****************** in ****** on Dec 17th. They wanted me to pay extra for BBQ sauce I told them no and asked for a refund they refunded me my money but I used my mcdonalds points at that location they did not put the points back. I called and complained. A woman called me back I never spoke to her she left two messages on my voice mail I still have them. That my points will be returned a week later. Here is it is 2 almost 3 weeks later and the points are not only not returned but again on Dec 18 it shows the points were taken out again. I called today Jan 5 and spoke to customer service the first lady I spoke to as I was telling her the issue and noticed that the next day the points were taking out double she hung up. When I called back I got ******** on the phone I asked her to speak to her supervisor she refused and over talked me and told me she would rather.. I told her I would rather speak to her supervisor she argued with me over to phone. On **/**/23, I placed a mobile order that went to the wrong location. I called the Smyrna McDonald's and they said that if I didn't pick up my order, it would be refunded. I called your customer service and they said it should take a week. Then one rep said I should see it as a deal. I asked how would I know whether it was refunded if it was a deal and that wasn't right. I received an email stating it would be refunded. The points were never returned. If the order was canceled, why would I not get my points refunded as well? Those points were based on the prior purchases I made so I earned them. I never received my points back. I'm still waiting. Your customer service seemed like they wanted me to wait and forget. Give me my points back (*****). I should have ****** points. Not ****.
