      The date was 1-18-2024 at approx 5:00 pm I paid ***** . Ordered food. This location is always forgetting to give you all the food you order and if you try and call they will not answer or its always busy. I have contacted emailed the company and have not heard anything back

      Missing item from a drive-thru order. I was told over the phone to drive back to process a refund. I can't drive back. I don't know why a business doesn't deliver an item and gets to keep money from customers.

      I am rejecting this response because: due to the fact this is a Corporate store and not a franchise store anymore and it involves the corporate app
      Corporate needs to inform all stores that if someone orders breakfast before 10:30AM on the app then they should still receive their breakfast even if its past 10:30AM when they get there. This is the only response i want to resolve this, a guarantee that i will still get breakfast using app

      I am rejecting this response because: Theres no accountability,  I still havent received my refund, I have provided verification of the half investigation, the rude emails, unprofessionally rejecting my emails, customers service blatantly lying, repeated issues with the online portal/mobil app and its been almost 30 days, NO excuse for double charging me and not refunding me. Obviously the store/location did not thoroughly provide adequate service and or my refund. Dont know what kind of scam you guys are running, I will be notifying outside governing agencies and providing documentation. Its no wonder these workers lack courtesy.

      Again the only store in *********** **. Your manger is worthless workers are not trained, cant even make the products to the advertised menu, they look like a mess. How can anyone not put in the filter in the coffee machine.

      to confirm this. Anyway she proceeds to say they were cooking hashbrowns and that I could "wait in my car." Finally she says did you have hotcakes or no. I tell her we did. She throws a bag on the counter and says here you go. I quickly look in the back as another 5 minutes have passed at this point and it's 7:39. It appears to be right so I drive home. When I get home and pull everything out of the back nothing is correct but the 3 hashbrowns. I had ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal, a sausage egg and cheese bagel meal and big breakfast with hotcakes. What I got was a steak egg and cheese bagel, a sausage mcgriddle with no sausage ***** and a big breakfast with no hotcakes. I did speak to **** at the location who offered two free meals but I would really just like a refund. I'm just so over dealing with this location. I did reach out to the owner but they have no returned my email.

      I placed an order to my local Mdonalds on 11/24 via the app. When I went to the store, there was a sign that they had closed early. I reached out to corporate customer service the following week to ask for a refund. They said it would take **** days. After 15 days and no refund, I reached out again. They said they would take my complaint, and I emphasized it was not a complaint but I simply needed the refund for goods not received. I reached out a third time and they said the refund can only be provided by the McDonalds that I ordered from. It has been almost a month since this transaction and my refund for food not received has not been provided. I have done everything within my capabilities to get my refund and its been a struggle to get help from customer service.
