    This business took $359 to assist with owed taxes, only for us to not have any contact for nearly 2 months. After finally getting ahold of someone, they said our case was transfered to someone else. After days of waiting, we hear from ****** ****** that they are essentially going to keep our money and require we pay the full amount back to the **** which we could have done on our own without paying this company nearly 400 dollars. They provided no service whatsoever, provided no resolution, and have essentially stolen money from us for nothing. When confronted, ****** claimed he could give us back an arbitrary 50% refund. When we demanded the full value back as they provided no service whatsoever, ****** **** up, texted that he would not be giving us even the 50% now, and blocked both mine and my husbands numbers. This has been hands down the most predatory and least professional experience I've EVER had. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS. He is stealing money and gives you the run around for months before telling you they're taking it and providing 0 help.

    This company sent me a letter and tried to make it look official about a tax lien and enforced collection activity for the state I live in but they have ZERO affiliation with my state tax commission. These fraudsters are preying on people to make a buck.

    I am rejecting this response because: The bottom of the letter is in very small print and it's obvious that was done on purpose. You have a logo at the top of the letter that is represents the scales of justice which intends to make it look official. Then at the top of the letter it says "NOTICE OF STATE TAX LIEN AND ENFORCED COLLECTION ACTIVITY" and several times in the letter it says to "contact your office immediately upon receipt of this notice" and has an "Action Date" as if you're trying to pressure people to call you out of fear that further action is being taken against them. This is sleazy and you should refrain from this kind of activity. Remove all of my information from your system immediately.

    Got into an agreement with Nationwide Tax Care and paid the ***** for them to help me with applying for the *** tax forgiveness. I then paid another ***** to get my back taxes filed which thats fine but in over a year they have not filed for the fresh start initiative. They dont really respond to my emails and when they do its months after Ive emailed them with questions. I sent several emails asking them what to do because I was getting letters from the state saying that they were going to put a lean on me and they would not respond and I have all of my emails and few calls to which no avail. The state wiped out both my bank accounts and I am screwed and have been since a month ago when they took all my money. If I wouldve known this was going to happen I wouldve dealt with it myself and got on a payment plan and been able to do what I can afford financially. When I do hear from them its someone different and I ask questions for an update and they lie to me saying that theyve sent in the paperwork for the fresh start program but Ive hear that from two different people at two different times, months apart so they are lying, thats evident. I want my money back so I can just do this on my own. They did not hold up their end of the contract so I should get my money back. This is ***** I lost to a company that didnt do what I hired them to do and then because of them not replying to me I lost all my money which was almost *****. That was my money for the month. I am retired and only get paid once a month. I havent been able to catch up with my bills now because of this company. I just want to discontinue this contract and give me my money back and I will continue working with the *** myself. And now I have just received claims from collection agencies for the past due balance for the *** so I want that off my credit report as well. They did me damage emotionally and financially and mentally because I cant pay my bills. Can someone help me please

    I am rejecting this response because:
    As you can see, they are lying that they have done their job. I have several more emails where I reached out asking for help and for clarification, to no avail. It was weeks even months at times before I would get a response. If you see the emails, ****** told me he sent off the letters to the *** back in March I think it was and now its May and no they are saying that they have sent them off!!! They are liars and ho do not do their job, who have cost me a lot on of money and I want my money back, end of story. I will get an attorney and it will make sure everyone know they are frauds. People go to them for help and a fresh start from past mistakes and they end up costing me more money, and I am behind everyone because of them. Not to mention, I signed on with them over a year ago!!! Why are we discussing this over a year later??? Because they took my money and didnt do what they were hired to do. It doesnt take 14, 15 months to file past taxes and file for a fresh start application. I will send my records for when I sent them my first payment to retain them which shows it was over a year ago. In every email they dont know whats going on and they contradict each other. As you can see I have asked repeatedly for updates and just blatantly for my money back because they failed me and didnt hold up to their end of the bargain. And clearly I was dealing with three people, not one as you claim! Asking each one of you for help and I never got it. If you need further receipts or emails I will provide them but as you can see, this isnt a responsible business, just look at the time frame its taken and the amount of help theyve done for me. Give me my $2,000 back that I paid for you to ruin my financial future. I will deal with the *** myself, seeing that I had to deal with them myself in regards to the state taxes anyway Because they failed to do so.

    I am rejecting this response because: youve had 14+ months to get this done. Only reason you are replying in a timely fashion now is because I reached out to the BBB, otherwise I would be still wondering whats going on with my case, getting screwed by the ****  I have on several occasions asked to be referred to a higher up/ manager, to no avail. I have asked for help, to no avail. I have asked to just give me my money back and leave me and my case alone, to no avail. Youve had several chances to talk but instead ignored me and failed to hold up your end of the contract and now, over a year later you want to talk! No. I am not contacting anyone from your company directly as I dont trust any of you. You want to fix this? Give me my money back so I can catch up on my bills because you failed to do what you were hired for and every ***** I had was taken by the state unbeknownst to me that this was even possible. You never replied to my emails that were asking what I needed to do to stop this lien from happening and you ignored me. And the kicker is, when you replied a month later, all you said was, Im sorry we were unable to help you with your state taxes. Lol you didnt even try to help!!! I dealt with them after they took everything. I will stand before anyone and show them your lack of professionalism and accountability and how you lied to me and took my money. I am not going to stop fighting for me. I am not going to stop fighting for whats right. And I will not stop until you fix this and make me whole.

    Started working with the company over a year ago now on both Federal and State taxes to the tune of ******* for each. They have done nothing and to make matters worse they offered to do my taxes for 2023 which cost an additional ****** I learned today that they never even filed my taxes despite being sent copies of said taxes. I am getting no response to my emails at this point! The world is full of scamming vultures and that is NOT what I needed in my current position! I doubt theres any way to get even a portion of my money back because well, thats how this life works! Im glad Im on the downhill for having to be around for a long time!

    *****, *** sent the offer in compromise back due to 2023 not being filed. We filed 2023, *** processed the tax return on  02/10/2025 and we have resubmitted the *** OIC.  I will put a stop on all future payments until the case is settled just to help you out. Once an agent is assigned to the case we will let you know. In about 8 weeks or so we should have an update form ***. I have attached a copy. Please make sure 2024 is filed within the next 7 days or they will send the offer back again. Unless you filed an extension.

    On 4-7 I received a letter from this firm stating a Tax warrant had been filed against me by the state of Oklahoma in the amount of $1,969.00.However, in checking with the state of Oklahoma no such warrant has been filed against me. Further no such warrant has ever been filed against me at any time for any amount.

    On December 13th 2023, I made a transaction with the firm to help go through my Tax payments to **************. Since then, I have been calling the firm, given the run arounds, multiple Case Managers and no resolve. I had to call New York State myself This year in 2025 after I received a threat in the mail from the state that my wages may be garnished. every time I called, I was met with rude customer service and barely any response. I inquired on a refund to the firms email on queries and haven't received any response. I am seeking compensation since nothing was done.

    Good Afternoon,

    I haven't received anything from the State of New York inquiring a payment agreement. Instead, I received a notice from the state threatening to garnish my wages if I don't make a payment. There hasn't been any communication whatsoever except for the following E-mails that are attached. As stated before, I have called multiple times and haven't received a response or a respectful answer to my calls and emails. After over a year of this, I am requesting a refund/compensation for the lack of service I received. In addition, more penalties have been added to my tax inquiry.

    1. I received a letter from this company showing the tax amount due on my 2016 F-150 stating they could help get my tags and remove the tax lien.2. I called and was told by the worker that the state has an option where they will reduce the tax amount due by 95% for first time tax liens. He said I would pay $85 instead of the over $1700 I owed in sales tax. 3. On 12-12-24 I agreed and paid them $250. **** ****** told me the process usually takes around 8 weeks and they would update me.4. On 1-17-25 **** ****** emailed me more forms to fill out. 5. After being enrolled for 8 weeks and no updates, I tried reaching out. It took me several attempts to get someone to respond by text, phone, or email. They told me I needed to fill out the forms which I had already done. On 2-15-25 ****** asked for info about my small business.6. After explaining I did not have an EIN and attempting contact several more times over the next 4 weeks I finally get through to a person instead of a voicemail. I ask questions and find out that this company has been looking for back taxes on my business which I dont have and never requested. Im irritated at this point and I ask to speak to a manager. Enter ****** ******. He apologizes and says he needs my license plate # in order to assist me. I inform him I dont have tags and that is the reason for hiring them.7. I call the ***** of Finance and find out that they have no record of anyone calling on my behalf! No record of power of attorney either. I then talk to someone in the ************************ and he confirms the same things. He also states that there is no such thing as receiving a 95% discount on my sales tax due. That means the very offer that prompted me to hire this company is BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISING. 8. After calling several more times, every # seems to auto disconnect. I finally get ahold of Kattan via email and he tells me they cannot offer a refund and I can contact the BBB if Id like.9. Worst company ever.

    An installment agreement does absolutely nothing to help me. They will not provide me with my tags until the entire amount is paid in full. If I had that money I could put aside that much every month without paying you guys $250 to do nothing. Your reason you couldnt help is that I have too much disposable income which is completely false. I make $800-1200 a month but my basic bills are over $2400 a month. You lied to me on our original call and that is absolutely false advertising. I will be seeking legal counsel once I get back on my feet.

    They absolutely lied to me. They charged me $250 to get my sales tax due down to $85 from the total amount of $1700. This was not only blatant false advertising, but absolutely despicable dishonesty on their part considering that has NEVER been an option from the ****************************** as spoken by two employees that work there. They also never addressed the rest of the info in my original response because they know they are lying. Just wait til I land the type of job I had previously. I will not let this type of scam go unnoticed. There will be a lawsuit coming. I promise you that.

    Requested a refund on 3/18/25 and ceased any further action to my case being that I was a new client and since actions were not made towards my case, I was skeptical of them. I spoke to my "case manager" who assured me that a refund request was submitted. I called a few times to check on the status of my refund and I was told it was being reviewed. Today (3/31/25) I called to check on the status and none of the numbers are working, I called each number I have for them 3 times and none of them suddenly we're not working, which questions the legitimacy of this company. I would like my money refunded to me.

    This company took my money to resolve state tax but talking to attorney general whom has my case and is looking at garnishing my pay , this tax company has never even contacted them not only this but every number listed including the one for owner ****** ****** is a one time contract once you talk to them once it has a dial tone or disconnect immediately. This is an abuse and a fraud company needs to be stopped.
