Do not do business with ****** and Nationwide, he brought us on to create a website and run his marketing. He agreed to a 12 month contract so that we would waive the $4,000 upfront cost. After completing the website and getting marketing live, ****** stopped answering our calls and told us he was cancelling with us in spite of the signed contract. He told us there was no issues on our end. We tried to call to get ahold of him and transfer the files of his website over before cancelling the hosting service. After sending profanity over text message, he then disputed the monthly service he paid to us with his credit card. We had 5 engineers, marketers, and account managers working with him to make his website and dream a reality and his whole intention was to scam us the whole time.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Pretending that you did not sign a contract is not good business practice. When you contract someone to provide you a service and the service was provided, not fulfilling the contract and telling your credit card that it was fraudulent is not only bad business practice but also against the law. We have all the documents to back this up and we will pursue this to the fullest extent.

I reached out to them the beginning of February. I mailed my paperwork back shortly. I pay them weekly for 10 weeks I believe. I received an email saying that everything has been taken care of. Im still receiving letters in the mail from the ************* in regards to taxes. They will not respond to any emails I send.Business Response

******, On Feb 8th we faxed and mailed a request to **** to close the vendors license retroactive to March 2021. This should cancel all estimated assessments removing your liability. The agent said that the $869.00 payments made should be refunded within a few months. I will follow up with the State tomorrow.Initial Complaint

I feel like they overcharged me and said they overrode some issues I had but it's the same information that I have put in the first place so I don't understand why I was charged so much extra when I did everything I did the first time they didn't give me no explanation. When I did ask they didn't answer my question correctly they just said they have multiple charges they wouldn't explain them. I asked them to send me an email again with the charges they didn't. I don't believe I should have been charged ***** to have my income tax process the way I did it in the first place they said it was done and then they called me again a week or two later saying they needed more information so it never was done I don't understand what was going on but I feel like I did everything right the first time and I shouldn't have had to pay that for them just to look over and reenter everything I did. I paid $200 on 12/14/23.I was told they would assist me regarding a tax lien. They said they would send me documents to sign, in a few days and return to them, before they could begin work on my case. I have not received those documents and believe they are a scam. ************************* from Nationwide Tax Care assure me they can assist me with my IRS balance I own by making a settlement for lesser amount. He took thousands od dollars from me to take my case. He made arrangement with IRS that he failed to provide me with. I learned about this when IRS called me saying my monthly payment wasn't made. I called ****** and he told me to ignore it and that he will resubmit the proposal to irs. In between time he hasn't done so, so IRS cleaned out my bank account. He also collected money from me to work on my federal irs settlement as well that he never even started. At this point I told ****** since irs took the money I owned for the state from me and I'm regularly paying what I own to federal portion I see no reason for him to keep my money and I asked for refund. He has not done any job, not a single thing for me, so I don't see why he would feel ok with keeping my money. He refused to refund me. He said he has given me $1000 discount which not only I don't know anything about nor I care, the point is he collected the money from me and has not done services he was paid for. He hasn't done anything. I already paid of irs so there is no need for him to keep my money. He caused me stress, he failed to communicate to me, he failed to work with irs on my behave, he has not done a single thing for me but took my money. I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted this ******************* so many times. I begged for my money back. I consulted with a lawyer and have told to do all I can in my power to reason with him so I have proof of it. I explained ************** will not submit my employer paystubs to him since we no longer have a case!!! What is he need those for?? IRS already collected money I owned them, so what case is he trying to reopen here, there is no case. This man made a deal with irs and failed to notify me!! Once irs called me about missed payment, he instructed me to forget about it and not do anything and that he will handle it. He did not. It resulted in more fees and irs finally just went into my bank account and cleaned it out. This man is deliberately misleading and providing no or false information! I even told him to keep 50% of money he took from me, for nothing he has done for me, and he still won't return what is not his, so at this point I'm ready and this is my 1st stop.

This "business" was quick to accredit themselves on the BBB page, but come to find out, there's many others here, just like me. They took public info on taxes, and used it to their advantage to steal from people, under contract. They basically took the money immediately, never called again, no change in the tax officers office, no "collections hold" as promised, nothing. They literally did nothing for months, until I emailed them. My response was an auto generated email saying that they'd call me within 24hrs. It never happened. I finally had to call in and get a real human, who recited a bunch of teleprompter sayings about how we signed a contract(to get robbed), and when I had some choice words with them in frustration, they hung up on me. Then called back, exploding like a lunatic child throwing a temper tantrum. I hope they're imprisoned for their embezzlements!Business Response
