    ************************* and Nationwide Tax Care had my matter since January and I was told they were in contact with the **** In May I got a notification from the *** that my matter had gone to collections. I let ****** know. He told me he put in a request for $100 a month payment. In May ahold was put on my bank account also by the **** I then could never get a call back from ****** or his office and I called them at least once or twice a week. And as of July 8 the *** took the entire amount out of my bank account. On July 9 I received a call directly from the **** They had been trying to co tact ****** since June 11th and he would never call them back either.

    As I said in my response to your message I was contacted by the *** directly because they couldn't get you to call them back either. I also instructed them that you no longer have authority to speak for me.

    You keep referring to the 2023 tax return however you are well aware that this issue involved my 2022 return which was the reason I hired you in the first place.

    This solves nothing. You keep referring to the 2023 taxes.  But this still has absolutely nothing to do with the 2022 taxes that you were hired originally to assist with and which is the issue I am having. I did not need you to provide me with anything as the *** contacted me directly about your negligence in responding to their request at all.

    On February 21,2024 I acquired services for back taxes for offer to compromise for federal and to do my taxes that had not been filed. The *** has not received offer as of yet. The company advised me they sent it twice. Doing this time communication was a problem no return calls or information on status. I called to ask about state they said they would be looking into it. Again no return calls, finally I was advised again they were contacting state for compromise no word back no response to text messages. I called state and found out WV only does payment plans. I've sent messages past two days still no response. I want a refund since I will have to do the work myself they only did taxes and was paid for that and my 2023 had an error. This is not how you do business.

    Hi ******, your account is past due. You haven't made a payment since May 2024. Your last 2 payments have been declined. I emailed to WV **** of ******* an offer in compromise on 06/25/2024 and to IRS we mailed an offer in compromise on 02/14/2024. I have attached both Financial Statements. We will continue working on your case after you make a payment. Next month your case will be suspended and both settlements will be withdrawn. Contact your case manager ******************************* and let her know you would lie to make a payment so your tax practitioner can follow up with IRS and WV. You have a of Balance: $4,143.4. with NTC.   You have only paid 26% towards our fees.

    I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to IRS and state today, IRS has not received OIC and the state advised that business sent an email with OIC attached and they replied telling them that OIC needs to be faxed or mailed. Received email from business telling me these were the actions they took which was not the correct way to handle this. I did respond to Representative and enrolled agent and again no response. They are requesting payments I have missed I advised them that my bank account was compromised and did not have funds to make payment. At this point I don't see the point of making payments when they have done absolutely nothing they sent compromise to IRS in February , IRS said it doesn't take that long for them to receive it. I want a refund I am doing my own paperwork for both (OIC) They can keep payment for doing the tax years but the monthly payments I want it back. This is not being professional.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is the email he sent me in 07/10/2023 and now he is saying my case is closed when he clearly statement my case would be closed if payment was not made by next month. I am going to hire an attorney for this matter. I want my money back these people did nothing for me except file my taxes they did not follow through with OIC in neither federal or state taxes and was paid monthly payments of $178.00 per month. And as I stated I called state and federal no OIC received by state except email which they do not except in that form only mail or fax. And federal has been since February when he said they sent them the first time, nothing has been sent.

    I utilized Nationwide tax previously in the past. In 2021, 2022 and recently 2023 taxes we're not filed like we thought they we're as we were told by ************************* in 2021, 2022 and 2023 they were filed. Both state and Federal taxes. In June wife received letter 2021 and 2022 and 2023 taxes were NOT filed. We didn't receive anything from state or federal saying they weren't until this week. When I call **************** I get nothing but a runaround..Please help me. I'm a Disabled combat veteran who is battling cancer..I need help

    Contacted this business to help with back taxes that were being garnished from my checking account. Paid $400 to stop the garnishment on 5/20/2024. When i was garnished again on 5/24/2024 i called them and they told me that i had filed to late to stop the garnishment and they offered me a refund. I said yes send me my refund. They quoted me 4 to 5 business days to get my money back. It has now been 10 business days and i still havent received my refund and noone will answer the phone or emails any longer. $4 not a big deal, $40 a little deal, but $400 is a huge deal. I will spend thousands to get back MY $400. Thats a lot of money to let go of for nothing in this crappy economy.

    I contacted them on March 27th to assist me with my tax warrant that I received from the state of ****** and they were paid $268 to stop the tax warrant or lower the amount that I owe to the state but when I contacted them on May 23rd because the state took some money from me they said that every time they contacted the state of Kansas my social security number was invalid but they were able to locate my tax information from the *** with the same social security number. Every time I spoke with the state of ****** they were able to pull my account information up with the same social security number. As soon as they took my $268 they started being extremely rude when they have not done anything to help me at all. Each and every individual that I have spoken with has an attitude. From **************************** and *******. ******* told me to call her at 2pm I did and some guy answered the phone and said shes at a doctors appointment smh. Every time I call the 855# ******* answers his cell phone in the car with an attitude. Ive gone to fax these people documents a couple times spending even more money each time I spend about $15 when I send the fax.

    Recd a letter last year, around August, stating they could help with our Indiana state tax debt. Contacted company rep ****************************** set up a payment plan for 4 months, payments being $41.50 each month on the 5th. We were told by the representative that due to our circumstances, my husband lost his job on 3/18/2023, while I was in hospital with surgical complications and disabled that they could help erase our tax debt. Never heard anything further from them. Recd letter from IN IRS yesterday regarding this debt which has now increased due to fees. Contacted company for refund theyre using different computer system and cannot refund me the money. Was told to contact my bank and have payments reversed, called my bank and they can only reverse payments for previous ********************************************* IRS for the balance we owed nothing else was done.

    this company sent me notices that were paid to my state 9 months ago and were trying to get me to pay them for a service that wasn't even needed they are scammers! contact your state tax department do not pay these scam artist anything! state said **** was removed in august of 2023 and they sent two statements june 5,2024 scammers

    I was contacted by this business due to me have a debt with my state taxes. They are very insistent on you working with them. I was told by ************************* (supposedly works for the company) that I would have to pay $170 and they would work with my state to get me a payment plan for my debt. Its been about two weeks now and everytime I call they are very rude, give little information regarding your case, and refuse to give your money back even though thats not told to you when you pay the money. Something about this company is fake. I dont really care about the money but what I do care about is they are rude and unprofessional and I dont feel as if they actually are a company that is allowed to handle this situation. ************************* has been passive aggressive, rude and unprofessional every phone call. You are not allowed to ask about your case or any details about the progress. Called yesterday and he tried to act like I never sent in my paperwork which is a lie because I sent it back to him via email the first day we spoke. When I called again his excuse was its tax time they are busy and I will just have to wait a few weeks. I called today to cancel my services with them (that hadnt even taken place) and was spoken to in a rude manner and was informed I would never receive my money back because (they dont work for free) but yet hasnt done nothing for my case and didnt plan too.

    They replied to my review on their ****** reviews to contact them and I have 3 times since then. The first time I called and asked to speak with a case manager, supervisor or manager I was hung up on. I called straight back for a different person to answer, asked the same question and was told oh sorry they arent here. Called again regarding this and received the same response they wasnt available. They are just giving me the run around. They done nothing for me, they didnt send out any paperwork to my state or done nothing for my case at all but yet want to keep my money because they dont work for free NO WORK WAS DONE.

    I paid company to file old taxes and get a settlement from the state and irs for what I owed on those 2 years of taxes. The taxes got filed but nothing every settled I finally settled my own taxes with my state and am still struggling to solve with the ****

    ***************** did our taxes in 2022 I was very upset because ************************* when talking to me about our taxes unprofessional demeaned our character on lecture us about our gambling and was arrogant on how he handled our taxes. We sent him the ***2 winning statements and we explain to him that in the ***************** any winnings under $600 is not taxable income the Casino that we go to doesnt report any winnings unless there is a ***2 form.my husband is disabled and he put the losing and income at $457000. I called him back and explain it to him and he was rude.Secondly He negotiated for us with the *** and State and it the fee was $1925 at the time I didnt know that I was extremely getting highly overcharged for nine months which is way overpriced and We owe the a higher amount to the *** And two State bills that originally quoted. When I called him back he said deal with it and stop gambling and when I ask him to try to lower the payments he said deal with it and stop gambling Nationwide Tax Care is very overpriced and very rude and doesnt act professional to the customer.Im having my taxes amended with the form 8821s for less than $300 for both returns Nationwide Tax Care is very unprofessional and overpriced besides ruining peoples demeanor and doesnt want to work with the customer.
