0 out of 10 do not recommend they are rude hang up on your face all because they dont do their job. Took forever to send my money back for services they didnt give. I wouldnt recommend a dog to this company

Trustworthy and strategic! They were able to assist me in handling some of the trickiest tax situations I've ever encountered. I owed back taxes to the State and *** and they were able to settle both tax debts for a lower amount . I appreciate you guys making feasible what appeared to be unachievable. For the past three years, *** has handled both our personal and business taxes. They spend time explaining things to you and making sure you understand them. I pay my own taxes, property, personal and business. I keep receiving these letters suggesting that I need help at a cost. My numerous phone calls to them won't stop the letters. There is no return address on their letters like they do not want anyone to know their whereabouts. This is a scam organization. Their letter says there're A+ rated, this sight says B+. Beware of this organization and do your homework before using this business. When I did call, suggesting that these letters are harassment, the person answering ask if I was afraid of a paper cut.Nationwide Tax Care, LLC

I sent them money to take care of my state taxes that was delinquent and they took my money and never took care of the taxes and when I asked for a refund they claimed they refunded my money and never did then they stopped answering the phone this place is nothing but a scamNationwide Tax Care, LLC

Since I'm an international student and don't understand taxes, filing my tax returns was confusing. I'm glad I hired Nationwide as they made my tax returns better. Very rapid turnaround and incredibly educated about nonresident tax rules. They also helped me with my Federal tax debt which was placed in the not collectible program.Nationwide Tax Care, LLC

I had a past due tax bill and I hired this company to help me resolve it for a lesser amount. I paid them in March 2024. I kept it contact with them and was told that they sent an offer in compromise to the state of **** for me. After getting the run around from the case manager that was handling my claim I contacted the attorney generals office in my state and the state taxation department and was told that there had not been any kind of contact from this company and no offer had ever been sent to the two agencies. Now I am out of $275 that I already did not have as I am a disabled person that has limited income. The only reason I had even hired this company is because I received a letter from the state collection threatening to put a lien on my bank account. I explained to Nationwide Tax Care that I was on a limited income and needed help and they continued to lie about everything that pertains to my case. They did nothing to help me so now I am doing all the work and I am out of the money I used to hire themNationwide Tax Care, LLC

Was so disappointed in my previous experience with our tax. After a year, I decided to use a new tax consultant and did a thorough research. I end up picking Nationwide Tax Care for the quick response, friendly communication, and no sugar-coating words. I meet with ****** next week and I feel like I didn't waste my time.
