Despite an FEC cease and desist peerless network continues to contact in an attempt to solicit personal information for reasons of stolen identity. Also it is believed that peerless network has been used to ghost (copy) or hack my mobile device. It's been noticed that mobile device (acts up or) frequently malfunctions either prior to or just after peerless network attempts contact. Contact is often from a Geneva phone of ************ as well an assortment of associated numbers.Initial Complaint

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the repeated harassment I have been experiencing from your business. I have received hundred off calls from your *******, but each time I ask for the caller's name, ams ******* name they refuse to provide it.This behavior is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant distress. I demand this harassment cease immediately and that the individuals responsible for these calls be held accountable. It is my right as a consumer to know who is contacting me and for what purpose. My business voicemail is full from this ******* call everyday and my customers cant leave us voicemails. I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a resolution to this issue. Failure to address this matter will result in further action being taken.Initial Complaint

The ************************************ had Call One for phone services for many years with an *** Discount, then Peerless Network purchased Call One. A couple of years ago, we began the process of moving away from land lines (****). The library had Peerless install a product that would turn the **** line into a digital line. The following year we transitioned to a unified communications system (VOIP) and moved away from the landlines completely. For a year following, we had continued to pay Peerless monthly (over three invoices that they sent, claiming that because of the merger of Peerless and Call One, they couldn't put all charges on one invoice). Then in October or November 2023, we received an invoice in excess of $9,000. When I inquired as to why we were receiving that invoice and what it was for, Peerless couldn't tell me definitively. It was conjectured, but not confirmed, that the order for the ******* Communications product wasn't ever put through to the billing department. But if it wasn't, then what was I paying for the entire year? Multiple attempts to communicate via email and phone over the past two months for a FULL EXPLANATION OF ALL CHARGES and why this invoice amount is being charged at this time to the library have been completely ignored. Not one communication from any Peerless employee. I am merely seeking an explanation of the invoice cost and clarification of what our invoice should be going forward, but I can't get a response from Peerless. Just this week I received a threatening letter regarding a past due amount. I'm willing to pay what we owe, but I need clarification on the charges, because I feel that the charges Peerless is telling me the library owes, should be offset by what we have already been paying them monthly the entire fiscal year to date, roughly $4,300.Initial Complaint

Despite having sent complaints to various agencies and using call blocking devices, we continue to receive spam calls, such as the one received earlier today. The spam caller spoke my first name, although never had I spoken to that person or to anyone associated with the spam phone call. That was scary and creepy. After doing a search, I discovered that the phone number of the spam caller appeared to be associated with the phone carrier, Peerless Network. In my opinion, the phone carrier is as responsible as the spam phone callers themselves for the proliferation of harassing and disturbing phone calls. It is my hope that relevant agencies will fine phone carriers that fail to vet responsibly and diligently their potential customers.Initial Complaint

Starting April 5th, I have received around a dozen spam calls, each coming from a separate number. They are caught by my phone's spam filters, however when researching the owners of the numbers, each one comes up as being owned by Peerless Network. The company has not responded to demands to block phone number from their system, and their do not call violation page did not have any impact.Full list of phone numbers and dates called ************ May 3rd, 5:09 PM ************ May 2nd, 2:45 PM ************ May 1st, 7:33 PM; April 8th, 2:28 PM ************ May 1st, 12:09 PM ************ April 23, 6:13 PM; April 6th, 4:00 PM ************ April 9th, 4:42 PM ************ April 9th, 12:40 PM ************ April 8th, 7:49 PM ************ April 8th, 6:41 PM ************ April 6th, 11:58 AM ************ April 5th, 4:32 PM Reports have been filed with the *** and FCC regarding this issue and I will continue to do so until a resolution is reachedCustomer Answer

I am constantly being contacted several times a day by scammers using Peerless Network. These calls come from various parts of the country. I keep telling them to stop calling, remove me from any calling lists etc. They hang up and within a couple hours I receive another call. This company needs to stop this practice. I am reporting all the #s to the DO Not Call Registry that we are members of. This company needs to be put out of businessInitial Complaint

I keep getting calls from this number They are scammers, they use different local area codes. Routed to try to get you to pick up the phone. I usually don't pick up unknown numbers, but I'm waiting for an important call, so I answered, it was a woman's pre-recorded message about a file in their office. I have my identity stolen, so I'm getting all this calls.
