5 stars**** and Efi were so very helpful. This vacation would not have been possible without their help. We had to postpone it from last year because of Covid restrictions a week or two before departure. They handled everything easily and rescheduled us for January 2023. 5 starsIn general, our tour was exceptional in service, quality and schedule at a reasonable cost. It starts at the highest level of business; focused on customer satisfaction and includes, but not limited to:Office tour planning, documentation, support, etc. A special thanks to *********************** various levels of activity, exception handling, teamwork with driver, professionalism, extra effort by constantly adding information to the moment through research and technology, treats/gifts/photos, COVID response (support handling, test kits, follow-up, public information sharing). A special thanks to Edger.Motorcoach Driver highly qualified driver (we always felt relaxed and safe), professionalism (even well dressed with a tie every day), customer service (even providing unlimited cold bottled water and interaction with customers), local knowledge of route/stops/alternatives, teamwork with tour management, pride in his motorcoach (cleanliness and operation). A special thanks to *****.N ********************** very knowledgeable of *********** and local interest (even smoked-out a Grizzly Bear grazing). Stops included various levels of physical activities, but one never felt you missed anything. A special thanks to *****.Red Bus Tour Driver/Guide very knowledgeable of ********** and local interest. Highly qualified driver (we always felt relaxed and safe) and teamwork (3-bus group). Photo opportunities abound including slow-down special interest shots. 5 starsVacations By Rail's agent ******* has been a pleasure to work with. Our family reunion trip was nearly derailed when ****** pulled a sleeper car from the train, but ******* offered us options and refunded the rail portion of our trip without question. She has answered all my email messages quickly and has even called me when phone conversation was needed. 5 starsI can't say enough for Vacations By Rail Specialist *******. We have been working with ******* for the past 3 years. Very pleasant and thorough. Covid sidelined our trip 2 years ago moving our dates to this year. Do not use these people. They took our money in April and never booked the trip so they had to scammer to get us on the train put us in a two star hotel nowhere near *********************. We paid for first class *************** throughout. Their information as to when we were being picked up and when we were leaving was very poor. If you want to do the Rocky *********** call them directly they seem to be very professional. ***************** is awful.
