  Working with *****, representative with Vacations By Rail, has been a joy. He makes this dream trip start on a positive note. His promptness of returning phone calls, answering questions or getting back with answers is impressive. After more than 40 years in the tourist/travel industry, he is one of the most ***************** I have worked with. This is our FIRST Vacations By Rail, but I can see already, it will not be our last!!

I would suggest, if you are not used to traveling, that you call instead of trying to find out information via email. ********* was polite and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.******************

  ************************* was extremely helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. ******* made completing the online booking process a breeze when booking any ******* itinerary can be daunting for a first-time visitor to ******. ******* made it easy and answered all of my questions without a missing a beat and added the additional requested days onto the beginning and end of my trip with ease. I left my conversation with ******* completely satisfied all of my questions and concerns had been met. I can let go of any anxiety knowing ******* finalized my booking details as I wanted them and I can now focus on the excitement for my upcoming trip through Vacations by Rail!

  ******* was very helpful as we figured out what we wanted for our ******** rail trip. One thing I missed as it wasn't very clear in the paperwork was that I could pay a deposit to secure my rail booking while the final details were worked out. This led to the last part of our train trip not being available. We are still very happy with the outcome. Being able to have a direct chat with ******* would have been helpful and saved a lot of time, I am in *********.

  Booked a train across Canada trip for my parents. I needed a "place holder" quote to present my parents then convert to an actual trip once my parents chose dates. ******* was extremely helpful with all of our needs and questions. She responded to my emails within a few minutes of me sending! Would recommend VBR to anyone wanting to take the train!
