      I did a telemedicine appointment for a preexisting condition I have and only needed a antibiotic. They refused to prescribe it and charged me twice when they originally stated they would not charge me anything.

      My wife went to Wellnow in Syracuse NY for an health issue. She presented her insurance card while checking in. She was asked to see other doctor during her visit. Month later we received a bill from Wellnow but it wasn't run through medical insurance. Her name was incorrect on the bill. Have sent them several e-mails providing correct information but haven't received a response. Had to wait for an hour on hold to reach their agent. Agent said her name was not correctly noted and the person who took insurance information didn't bother to scan the insurance card during visit and had taken incomplete information. Unfortunately I didn't have the insurance card on me at the time of call so e-mailed them again several times with the insurance information and my wife's correct name however haven't received an acknowledgement for my e-mails. Have tried calling them but was waiting for over an hour without reaching agent. Pathetic incompetent service. I wouldn't even give them one star but that's the least that has to be given for rating.

      All wellnows are same, close all of them, long wait like a hosp. Billing *****, don't go there, not a dr.in sight, just wannabes.

      They **** my old insurance, even though I gave them my necinfo at the time of the visit It was for a covid test that should have been covered. They. NEVER returned any of the 3 messages that I left or responded to the 2 emails I sent. They never updated the insurance information that I provided to them each and every time. I ended up paying the **** so it would not go to collections but they never contacted me back. Poor customer service and I feel that they scammed me!

      My daughter went to your urgent care office in Clintonville on ******* on 12/21/21. Your *** was supposed to send the **** to our home, which we never received because Billing sent it to wrong address at least 3 times. So recently, I think it was **** my daughter received a nasty text saying if you dont pay **** now well report you to a collection agency, So July 8th I paid the **** with my **** card and it did show up on my bank statement online as received. But again, my daughter gets the same text about a collection agency.Today, I searched online to see if theres a **** pay online (your company never mentioned this), once I found it, I paid; then they sent me a receipt to my email, and the transaction number wasnt included. So I copied it from the transaction online that I didnt delete.Hopefully this is settled, the receipt said it would be processed on August 4th, so please, no more nasty texts, and if youre going to send threatening texts, at least include a website or phone number to PAY IT!

      I brought my nephew into urgent care on 9/16 with his insurance cards. First off his name was spelled incorrectly in the computer despite having the correct spelling on the cards. I have made several calls to well now billing dept and his insurance company. The insurance company not getting the bill submitted to them. After paying his bill because I brought him in and they sent his bill into collections under my name instead of to his insurance company. The insurance company sent me a letter that well now owed me a refund because they paid it after finally receiving the claim 7 months later and several phone calls. I have called for the past 2 months and still no refund check despite being owed 207.00.

      Absolutely ridiculous. Accepted my insurance upon my arrival and 6 mos later sends a bill?? And good luck trying to get a hold of someone, the recording states in a short meeting and never received a call back.. would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
