I thinks they are awful most of the time. And seem even worse since the covid virus issue. They don't have on site providers half the time. Then the ones they do have are lousy. I believe that's the only place that would hire them because they can't get a job anywhere else with their inability to diagnose and treat correctly. During the week before Christmas I had to be seen at one. Every year without fail I get sinusitis and a ear infection combo. I told the provider this and she said my sinuses were red irritated and swollen, she could see fluid in both my ears and the back of my throat was red and sore. They did a covid test and told me to use *******. That was on Wednesday December 21st 2022. The next day I got my negative covid result. By Friday December 23rd I felt even worse. I called the Fayetteville office where I had been seen and they said they didn't have a provider in the office to help me and that I can call any of their other offices that had a provider that day to do a follow-up. Not true. When I called and made this statement to them they said they can't consider it a follow up since I wasn't seen in their office location. Then they said I should do a telemed visit with a provider to get help. At this point I spent 25.00 for a in office visit and their telemed is 75.00- but since I was feeling so awful I decided I would do the telemedicine visit. When I was finally connected for the visit I told the provider what was going on and that she could check the other providers notes of findings and she said since she could not physically examine me in person she can not prescribe antibiotics for my infection. Now I'm out 100.00 and still no treatment from wellnow (should be called Stillsicknow) I tried going to a different location yesterday Dec.28 2022 and they had only one provider and I was told it was a 2hr wait and they would call me. Two hrs later no call. I ended up heading home. 3hrs and 45 minutes later I got a call. I was home by then. Awful!WellNow Urgent Care

1 starI took my daughter there for ear pain and severe pain in her belly the nurse practitioner couldn’t figure out what wad wrong so she brought in the “lead provider” supposedly and she said pretty much oh I don’t know what’s wrong with other then i see pressure in her ear but we are going to give only decongestant but nothing more even though i can see an ear infection could come but im not going to help her any. Then her he severe belly pain oh shes a young girl with a period so its just her ovaries causing her pain, she had to deal with it. Nothing to help her even though the pain is in her BELLY not in her ovaries!!! Stupid lazy so called “doctors”. Get the license from a cereal box!! 1 starVery poor communication.I was told my 3 children would have an 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. They called after an hour. I was going to be late so they said they could put my kids at the bottom of the list. After an hour we went back in. After being there over 30 minutes I was asked if Id been helped. I told them yes over the phone my kids were added to the list. The employee lied to me and told me I needed to come back in to be added to the list. We arrived at 3pm by the time we were put back on the waiting list it was 7pm. I had 3 ********* and spent all evening waiting to be seen.Review fromElizabeth K

I have been to the Albany location twice with my 6 yr old son needing to be seen and both times i was turned away. They state they except walk ins but thats not case at this location. I figured after the 1st turn away which was about 6 months ago id go ahead and give them another shot YUP NOPE turned away again. This place is a joke dont waste ur time just go some where else.WellNow Urgent Care

1 starI went to this location because my potential employer paid for me to go to this location. I arrived at 12:30 pm and It was packed, so they took my information and I advised them there was no seating so I asked for a courtsey call when they were ready for me to do my urine sample. I was told that they would call and it shouldn't take a long time since it was just a drug test and everyone else in the room needed to be seen by a doctor for other situations. Anyhow I go wait in my car for an hour and I return because I thought maybe they had attempted to call me and It didn't go through or something. I wait in the office for an hour and 30 mins I was reassured several times within that time period that I was next. I was holding off using the bathroom until I was seen. Finally I couldn't hold it anymore and I asked to use the bathroom. I was told I couldn't use the bathroom until it was my turn to do my test, I told them I had been holding off using the bathroom for over and hour and I was just going to leave. I then was told that if I left it would be marked as a refusal for my drug test. They ended up seeing me after saying that and my appt took 2-5 mins so in other words they could have seen me earlier and were just damaging my kidneys for fun. I really did not appreciate it and would rather miss out on the job than to drug test at this facility again.Review fromTim L.

1 starI have a bill that took over a year to what I thought was solved before today when I got a call from collection for their mistake. I never once got a bill sent to my house or my email. I only found out about Bill eight months later when I took my daughter back in to be seen and found out they had spelled her last name wrong sent it to the wrong insurance company that Ive never had had my address wrong and my phone number wrong. I called for two weeks straight and was on hold for a total of 13 to 14 hours never getting anyone finally after sending 12 emails or so I finally got a response but still didnt have my issue solved. Called back in and got someone who knew what she was doing figured out all these problems with my bill corrected them resubmitted it to my insurance and my insurance paid. This was over a month ago and a collection agency just called me today and said I still owed my bill when I have proof that my insurance paid. Not only have they screwed all this up but they submitted the claim twice and are trying to get me to pay twice for one appointment.Review fromBarbara R

I would give a zero if possible. This company and its billing system is a sham. The automated answers to questions and complaints is their way of trying to double bill their clients. They keep asking for the same info over and over. Nothing gets resolved. The actual urgent care centers are almost as incompetent. I do not recommend using Wellnow Urgent Care My experience has been frustrating and is yet unresolved. They should be put out of business. Waiting now, to get yet another useless automated response to this review.WellNow Urgent Care

1 starUnfortunately I've been to this urgent care facility a few times with respectable results, but after the last visit with my daughter, I will not be going back. The attending NP did not perform an exam to find out what was wrong with her arm. they took radiographs of her wrist and we had to wait over an hour for a radiologist off site to read them before we could leave. They misdiagnosed her with a sprain/strain (somewhere in her arm, but obviously he couldn't tell us) and told us to give her tylenol. Poor kid was still screaming and crying and couldnt/wouldn't move her whole arm. I was thinking dislocation or something similar. I asked if he thought there could be something else wrong with her arm (like in her elbow) and he just told us we could go elsewhere for a CT or MRI scan.....absolutely not necessary. After that statement, we left and went to the local ER room and they diagnosed nursemaid's elbow right away and it popped back in as soon as they took the rads. Two hours of wasted time with a hurt little 1 yr old that was absolutely not necessary if the physicians/NP's at this place would actually perform proper exams and had proper knowledge of pediatric orthopedic issues.Review fromGabrielle B

I have been attempting to resolve my billing discrepancy since May 2022, however Ive gotten minimal response from WellNow billing. According to their website and my insurances website WellNow is an in network provider yet I was sent a text message invoice about a $414 ****. That is ridiculous, no one has been able to help me resolve this for 4 months!!! I do No recommend.WellNow Urgent Care
