      I purchased the required items, sent in, on line, the required information, UPC and Receipt. Response was:Status : Invalid We're sorry, there is a problem or error with your rebate. Please mail any missing material to the resubmissions department. Your reward request did not pass our review process - E No way to find out what is wrong. Re submitted 2 times EXACTLY like they ask, tried calling, no live people to answer, tried chat, sat for easy 15 minutes waiting then, "chat has ended".
