      Dyson's customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! What a shame from such a brand. I received close to 10 emails from different agents, who copy-pasted the same stupid message, and EVERY SINGLE TIME stated wrong information about the purchase or got my name wrong. It is purely unacceptable. Clients have other things to do than wasting time with incompetent people who can barely understand English.They

      Purchased Dyson Animal III after my Dyson for dogs died ! ??The Dyson Animal III is the worst vacuum Ive ever had. There is NO suction when using the ********** attachments. ?? Its useless My old Dyson for dogs was the best vacuum I have ever had & I wish I had it repaired ??Dont waste your money

      I have purchased several Dyson vacuums and heater fans, all of them have had warranty and recall issues. Dyson is very bad at everything along the way, the stall tactics and taking no responsibility for repeated order cancelations at one point trying to blame *** for canceling the shipment, the refusal of speaking to anyone higher up, the lies of being told their supervisor will call me within 24 hours, nobody knows why anything happened. *** purchased ****************** vacuums that lasted 40 years and more with no problems, Dyson will not fix their vacuums after so many years, they want you to throw it away and fill landfills and buy another Dyson. Im done being Dysons fool, buying a Dyson is not worth the headache and Dyson does not care about what they are doing to earth, filling landfills with perfectly good merchandise that could be easily fixed and Dyson refuses to fix their products. I hope consumers learn and understand what kind of company Dyson is and we all stop buying Dyson. Dyson only wants your money and does not stand behind their products.

      Dyson customer service has now become abominable. I have been trying to resolve an issue with warranty and replacement parts. I have spoken to a few associates and they are rude, disrespectful, unhelpful and downright awful. One associate called me a liar and then told me he was refusing to help me because I wasn't "nice" and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me no and then hung up on me. I called back and asked to file a complaint against him as I had his name and the time of the call and was then put on hold for 45 minutes. Clearly no one was going to address the issue. Please do not buy anything from this horrid company. You will regret it.

      If I could give less than one star, I would. I'm contacting you regarding case #. I purchased a Dyson V12 Detect Slim Cordless vacuum directly from Dysons website on July 11, 2024. Less than three months later, the rubber on the cyclone top began tearing. I requested a warranty replacement, and though initially told the part would be sent, I was later informed it was discontinued. I was then offered a full replacement. I followed all instructions and returned the full vacuum with all parts in the original packaging using Dysons prepaid *** label.Tracking # confirms delivery to Dyson on 11/05/2024, yet I received no updates. On 11/26/2024, after waiting over an hour on the phone, I was told my replacement wasn't processed because not all parts were received. That made no senseI returned everything as instructed. Then I was told a different vacuum had been received, but Dyson couldn't tell me which one. When I asked for my original vacuum back, I was ignored. I then received a letter stating my vacuum was counterfeit and would be disposed of, even though I bought it directly from Dyson and have the receipt.After calling again, I was told by a supervisor named ****** that Dyson received an empty box. This made even less senseDysons own label shows weight, and *** wouldnt have accepted a large empty box. ****** said a *** claim was submitted too late, three months after delivery. I was never informed.Dyson has given me four different stories, failed to follow up, and still has my $481.49 vacuum. I followed every step. This has been a nightmare. Based on countless BBB reviews, Im not alone. Dyson must do better. I expect a full refund or immediate resolution.

      Dyson was sent an as exchange. After a Month of it being delivered I called and they informed me they never received the machine. Told me to file a claim with the same place I dropped it off at. *** told me I cannot file a claim as its dysons responsibility as it was delivered. Called Dyson and they said they will file a claim and to wait 8-14 days. After 14 days I called again and this time they said the claim was never filed and its going to the concern department. To wait an additional 3-5 days. 5 days later and they email me saying I need to file a claim.Ive exhausted all possible options and will be pursuing legal action for bad business practice and theft.

      I wasted a hour of my day to attempt to resolve an issue on my Dyson V8 vacuum. I have email stating the warranty on my vacuum is valid until 9/22/2026. I've been told this is an error and it should have only had a 2 year warranty. While I understand mistakes happen, I feel that Dyson should honor their word. I wouldn't have wasted a hour of my day to call and chat about such an issue if the error had not occurred. No discount on a new battery or anything. This is poor customer service.

      I wish I could give zero stars. Dyson *** is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.I purchased two brand-new Dyson products, both of which were defective. Despite paying a premium price, I received faulty items. When I contacted customer service, I was met with:Repeated negligence: I made numerous calls for the same issue, only to be told to wait, with no resolution.Disrespectful treatment: Some agents were rude and unprofessional and even hung up on me ************* accountability: Dyson repeatedly refused to take responsibility, hiding behind "company policy" instead of addressing the defective products.Deliberate stalling tactics: I was constantly told that nothing could be done quickly, forcing me to waste my time and energy.Dysons shocking disregard for its customers is unacceptable. Selling defective products and then refusing to provide proper support is deceptive and unethical.I will never purchase from Dyson again and strongly warn others to avoid this company at all costs. Please save your money and buy from a brand that values its customers.

      I returned a brand new, unopened $500 Dyson vacuum in early January 2025, using the prepaid *** return label provided by Dyson. I followed their return instructions exactly and have proof that the item was *********** Dyson claims they never received the return and told me to file a claim with *** myselfeven though the shipping label came from Dyson. I did everything right. It should be Dysons responsibility to deal with ***, not mine.Ive contacted them multiple times and have been completely ignored. No refund. No update. No accountability. Its been over two months, and Im still out $500 for a product I never even opened.This is unacceptable for any company, let alone one that markets itself as premium. If something goes wrong with your order, youre on your own. Ill never buy from Dyson againand I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

      Purchase a NEW vacuum on 2/23/25. The vacuum that arrived at my house was either a used or a refurbished vacuum. Took photos of the used vacuum and had a video call with their representative on 2/28/25 to show them the used vacuum, which they apologized. Why would I pay top dollar for a refurbished vacuum?On 3/1/25, mailed the vacuum back to Dyson which they received on 3/6/25.On 3/7/25 called Dyson to confirm they received it which they did. They then said it might take up to 3 weeks for them to process the return and send me out a NEW vacuum. I explained that it should not take 3 weeks to fix their *********** 3/17/25, No manager or supervisor would take my call. I informed Dyson that they either credit my CC or ship the NEW vacuum, The best part of this is that they now told me i would receive my credit in 1-2 billing cycles.I said the heck with them and are now disputing the charge with my Credit Card ********** i ask, isn't it Fraudulent on Dyson's part to even try to ship me out a refurbished vacuum when i clearly purchased a new vacuum? I will never do business with Dyson again. Good luck to you if you decide to buy their products!
