      They will not support replacement of their product after only three months and 15 days of owning it. They said they will not cover items purchased on Amazon. Although the item was a official Dyson part. Amazon said Dyson was supposed to take care of me and that did not happen.

      I purchased Dysons highest model Vaccuum and after owning it for a couple of months it broke. Upon exchanging it under warranty they sent an email with the product being sent back to me it was another vaccuum not the one I purchased. I chatted an agent who assured me it was the correct model and to ignore the email. When I received the vaccuum it was the wrong model and I chatted again. They told me they do not make my model anymore and so they sent me a different vaccuum. Instead of honoring I purchased the most expensive model they send me the one tier below to my house. It isn't even the same color. They will not honor sending me the vaccuum and I do not trust it won't happen again. So if I file another warranty will I receive a tier below this one. A horrible experience and will not be buying any more vaccuums from them again.

      Purchased a faulty air-wrap back in November, it is now JULY and I have still not be given a new product. They have sold MANY more to other customers, but have completely ghosted me and I am now out $600. I was told that as soon as they received my return they would send me a new one and I have seen nothing. I have called MANY MANY times and they either tell me they don't have it in stock or they do and then nothing comes. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIEVES. NOT WORTH IT. For a product this expensive this is outrageous.

      The worst company to buy from. Bought a airwrap for my daughter and returned it back with in 3 days. They received the airwrap and still have not refunded me. I call every week and they say the same thing. I have requested to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told some one will call me and no one has bothered to call or even care. I still have not received my refund of ******. Air wrap was returned may 30. And today is July 22, 2022

      DON'T BUY DYSON PRODUCTS!!!!!!! I have a Dyson Cinetic big ball, #JD3-US-JEA0225A, which I purchased 4.5 years ago. Since then I have had to return it to the company for burning rubber smell, received a new head several weeks ago and now I have to send it again back for repairs because it has no suction. I have never in the 50 some odd years that I have been vacuuming had so many problems with a machine! Your customer service people are wonderful but your product is absolutely horrible! I was told that I could receive a 20 % discount on Dyson Products. I not only will never buy a dyson again, I will make sure all my friends and family are aware of this products performance! I'd give it a 0 rating! I have 2 dyson's which I am now disappointed in there performance. I bought the 2nd one thinking I needed a higher end machine to clean my carpets better. Boy was I a fool!!!!

      I ordered a v15 Vacuum from dyson 2 weeks ago I called to inform them that the scheduled delivery had passed and from the tracking number I could see that my vacuum never left the original shipping facility it was dropped at. The first person I spoke to told me to wait 15 to 20 business days. I decided to call the shipping service DLS directly and they finally admitted after 3 calls on 3 consecutive days that it was lost in transit. I informed Dyson and the best they could do was tell me the refund team would get back to me in 2 weeks I would have assumed with an $800 dollar purchase they would send my refund immediately. Long story short, their customer service is horrible and very unhelpful. I would highly advise that you never order direct from Dyson.

      Worst customer service I have EVER experienced! I purchased a Dyson Animal Ball 3 on 6/11/22 and received a *** tracking email which showed for over a week as label created. I spoke with one of their customer service people who put me on hold to talk with their warehouse supervisor who said label was created, but vacuum never left the warehouse. They proceeded to create a new order number and told me i would receive a *** tracking email immediately. I waited over a week with no email. I called two more times to get lied to. Finally, I said if I don't get *** tracking email the next day I was going to cancel order. I received no tracking email. I called to cancel order after waiting a month for my vacuum. They put me on hold, then, came back saying order was in process and they couldn't cancel. I told them I don't care if you have to go back to the warehouse personally. I want my order cancelled. They started a return process which makes no sense since i never received the vacuum in the first place. I told them to notify Affirm that order was cancelled so payments wouldn't be taken from my bank account. I called Affirm a few days later to find out Dyson never informed them of the cancelled order. on 7/17/22, Affirm took the first payment from my bank account. Almost 5 weeks later, Dyson cancelled order, but said i will have to wait ***** days to get reimbursed for the payment that was taken from my bank account.

      I bought a Dyson V11 torque vacuum back in *************** around $800 dollars. Its now been a little Over 3 years and the trigger button has broken. I called Dyson and they told me warranty wont cover because its been over 2 years. They offered to replace the whole head part for around $150, if I chose this option it would take a while since the part is out or stock. I looked online to see how I could fix this myself and found that this is a common problem with the Dyson V11 vacuums. The cheap plastic trigger button wears out and snaps. Dyson NEEDS to do a recall. This is a very expensive vacuum for it to only last less than 3 years. Im really upset and I feel like I have been scammed. $800 dollars in the dumpster. Not worth it. Until this issue gets resolved I will not invest my money in Dyson products. Expensive cheap trash.
