      I got a Dyson Corrale expecting this would meet all Dyson standards. It doesnt work as advertised. Many of the good reviews out there are promotional reviews with people receiving free dyson. First I thought there could be an issue with the machine so complained and they send me another one. Its the same issue I t doesnt heat up and a 50$ one will perform much better than this $500+ product . The customer service is now becoming worst. They dont care about customers anymore. Dont trust there satisfaction guarantee , its fraud. When you send email , chat or contact dyson they will take 5 days to reply . With just the same response in every email. Send for inspection etc. and we will not exchange etc. We have been an old dyson customer with all product like vacuum, fan etc . But they dont care if you are a customer or not . If you really want to save money, just get a simple one form other brand for 1/10 the price. You would be much happier . They may delete this review but just posting it anyways.

      Purchased the tower fan over there Labor Day sale. Was supposed to be shipped today but they cancelled my order without any notification. I asked to speak with a supervisor to see if I could reorder it he product with the same discount. They said they would call me back in 20 mins. They never ended up calling me back. They couldnt give me a reason why the order was cancelled. Terrible customer service!! Stay away from this company.

      Terrible company with awful customer service and the worst shipping partner in GLS. Said my order was delivered, then lost, and would file for a refund. Took my **************** but will take over a month to give it back?! Filing fraud with my bank. Will never purchase from Dyson again and do not recommend dealing with this shady company.

      I ORDERED AN AIR PURIFIER HOT/COOL FROM "QVC" THAT TURNED OUT BEING "DEFECTIVE" AND IT WAS SENT BACK TO "DYSON" WHO PROMISED THAT THEY WOULD SEND ME AN "UPGRADED VERSION OF THIS MACHINE". I AM WAITING OVER 4 MONTHS AND ALL THEY ARE GIVING ME IS A RUN A ROUND AND NOW THEY TELL ME THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN I WILL GET A REPLACEMENT. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH AND YOU CAN HARDLY UNDERSTAND ANY OF THE REPS ON THE ***** AND "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE" TO ESCALATE TO. I AM FED UP WITH THEM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK OVER $450.00...............I AM READY TO "***" THEM AND GO ALL OVER THE INTERNET TO TELL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO RATINGS I WOULD!!

      I placed an almost $1,000 order 12 days ago and still have not received any tracking number! I have contacted Dyson customer service repeatedly! The calls are directed to out of country locations. The customer service representatives can barely speak English! They tell me my order has been shipped and then later the same day they email me that my order will be shipped in three or four days. It is the worst experience that I have ever had with a company. I even attempted to reach the corporate office in ******* but am unable to reach anyone! The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Misinformation and misrepresentation appears to be Dyson policy. I intend to file a complaint with the *************************** I deserve a rebate for the distress Dyson has caused me!

      Purchased a Dyson vacuum through their website on June 29th. While tracking the package, the delivery company kept pushing the delivery date and one day it just said delivered. I ran downstairs and the package had not been delivered. I contacted the delivery company and they indicated that the package was missing and that the shipper would be notified. I contacted Dyson and sent them a screen shot of the email with the delivery company. Dyson said they would investigate and reach back out. After a few days, no contact was made from Dyson. On July 11th, I opted to cancel my order instead and just go to the store to buy a vacuum. I couldnt wait any longer for Dyson to figure things out.I returned the free accessory kit that was delivered through another delivery company and patiently waited for a refund. I contacted Dyson on August 8th and the gentleman told me that they had concluded that the package was missing and the order was canceled but no refund was requested. He proceeded to request a refund for me and stated to wait a week. I called back on August 20th verifying that the refund was processed since no funds had been received. The gentleman told me that the refund was processed on August 12th but it would take 2-3 billing cycles for my bank to reflect it. I then called my credit card asking if a refund had been pending and they stated that nothing had come in from Dyson and that they do not put a hold on refunds.This company has been a nightmare to deal with. I would just like my money back please. I will give this a few more days before filing fraud with my credit card.

      So I bought a $700 Dyson version 15 detect and it worked for about a week properly, but then it started dying really quickly. I contacted Dyson and they shipped a new unit but did not include the battery. So I continue to use the old battery and continue to have the same problems. I contacted Dyson again at which point they told me that they needed a receipt for my purchase. So I found the receipt for the vacuum and sent it over only to be told by ****************** That my receipt was not on their records and they would have to send it over to have someone verify the receipt is valid. This has literally drug out for over 2 months and they are steady dragging their feet. This is an epic display of robbery. They sold me a vacuum thats not working and I want it fixed.

      Bought a V7 vacuum about 2 years back and the battery died recently. After chatting with the Dyson executive i was told i will need a new battery for which I paid $80 and it was shipped to my address. Post installation the vacuum would not work - possibly as the trigger or some other part was not working. Called up Dyson again to which i was told that i need to pay another $95 for the part or i can walk in to the nearest service center (1 hour drive) and show it to them. Took the part to the service center - the guy angrily suggests that I should have taken an appointment prior to coming over. Keeps the part and suggests they will let me know the charges to fix the part and ship it back. Been over 4 days, no sign or reply from Dyson. The service center does not pick up the calls on the number given and Dyson chat keeps asking to have patience. After having gone through this ordeal, i would urge everyone to think twice before buying any Dyson product else be prepared to deal with the agony if something goes wrong.

      I bought a V8 Absolute refurbished on their website July 2022. After 2 weeks I called to see where it was, and they said they didn't have it in stock, after a bit they said they found one and will send it to me. When i get it, I realize it's the V8 Motorhead which retails for $200 less (~$100 less refurbished) than the Absolute. I call for the refund difference, they tell me that because it's refurbished there is no refund or price adjustment. EVENTHOUGH THEY SENT ME SOMETHING I DIDN"T order. I spent 3 hours total arguing with them for nothing more than principle, but their customer service is bordering criminal. I order something, they send me something lesser and then only pay me the difference when i show proof of my email confirmation of the original model I ordered and have to argue that that is illegal with 3 different people. There is no reason to add more frustration to life, buy another vacuum. I will never buy from Dyson again.

      Do not buy a dyson product unless you want to have something to toss in the garbage in two or less years. Not an environmentally minded company no matter what the attempt to proclaim. A fan that I purchased has malfunctioned and no one (4 phone calls) can tell me the meaning of the code that has appeared on the device. There are no choices as far as getting it repaired. It is junk, a big piece of plastic junk for the landfill!
