      I don't even want to leave one star. I have been a customer for 20 plus years. My fianc's ******* 20 Note is stuck on airplane mode. They cannot do anything for us, except if we pay $300 to get a new phone. Their customer service has been inconsistent and they know that this problem has been happening over and over in last 4 months. I did more troubleshooting with the phone than they could give me.. I am definitely through with them as a company. They kept telling me I was breaking up and I was outside in my yard. That right there tells you their towers and service are horrible.

      I have been a customer for 19 years, but the recent upgrades have become a scam. I attempted to upgrade my phone via the US Cellular app. It refused to let me, claiming the phone it offered as a free upgrade was missing a plan. If I had no plan, I would not be a customer, thus not eligible for the upgrade.I called customer service and, after jumping through numerous hoops, got the process rolling for the upgrade. I was then informed that if I upgraded my plan, they would take $700 off the cost of the phone. That free upgrade was now $900. Needless to say, I said no to everything.Im changing companies. That was a bait-and-switch, and I have no interest in being cheated by anyone, even a business Ive dealt with for 19 years.

      Uscellular is advertising any phone in store is free. That is not totally true. New phones require a new plan which increases your **** alot. So you end up paying more than just buying phone straight out. With uscellular Free does not mean Free!
