      I've been a customer for a while, and when COVID hit, I had trouble with bills. Although US Cellular OFFERED NOTHING to help me, I did keep my payment arrangements. Now I've run into financial issues, and no one bothers to contwct me, help me, or offer ways to keep my service. I'm very angry that I tried to make arrangements, and was TURNED DOWN. No other help was even offered. I've been a loyal customer, but now, after this treatment, I'll never go back

      After terrible service ported phone number to different carrier. Was told by uscellular would recieve a refund within 6 weeks. Now they will not refund anything. Had paid for one month and ported phone number 16 days before end of month. Continued to be terrible.Same as others complaints I now see online. Stay Far Away from UScellular.

      I canceled my prepaid account and canceled my auto payment they continued to charge my bank and refused to refund me. They leaked my card information and used it to pay on a random persons account and continue to lie about it. They are crooked and the service is just as horrible as the customer service ??

      Terrible service and horrible customer service! I have been a customer for 15 years and just switched my family over to a different carrier since we rarely had cell service. Today a got an unpleasant surprise with a bill due for a full month of service. The billing date started on 8/10 (goes through 9/9) and we switched on 8/13, we paid off all the phones when we switched and told them why were were switching. No one told us that we would get billed for the entire month if we left after the new billing started. I have to pay $130 full month's worth of service for 3 days of use and they also get to pocket an extra $200 phone payments for the phones we already paid off. I called customer service and they told me that they don't prorate and that I am ****** and need to pay the balance. Thanks to their lack of knowledgeable staff at store locations and failures to notify customers about billing agreement changes I get to cut my family grocery budget for the month in half to pay this greedy, good for nothing company..

      Glad you asked me to give you a review. Lets just say the phone is great but what I had to do to get it. I was give a free phone for 36 months of service. Here is the big s**** you from US Cellular. With your Free phone you will have to pay $500.00 upfront for your Free new phone. I have to say that I am seriously disappointed as a loyal customer. Please dont offer me anything else, sense it is all a lie.

      I know us cellular have poor business since my son bought a security camera from them, they never told him about the 15-day return policy. the camera never did work they will not exchange or let him return the camera. he is special they are taking advantage of the mental handicap

      Terrible experience with this company, they continue sending bills even after cancel the contract. Paid the full amount due (2 months) even I didn't used. They want to charge even after cancel the service.I have +16 years with ********* never had a single issue, but This internet service provider is not only very expensive but problematic. terrible.I will not recommend this company to anyone.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. They told us we were in the service area. Multiple times. The sales lady called my daughter at least 10 times to try to get her to get a plan. When we were having problems with the phones we were told the phones should never be sold to us as we were out of their service area. We had to take the phones back and they canceled the service. We were told we would get all of our money back as this was their fault and the phones were sold knowing we didn't have service. We are now being told we only get 400 of 1000 back because of the first **** and cancelation fees. They have lied, we keep being told different things. In addition I had to pay more money to get more phones from a different company. **** at US Cellular in ******* ** only cared about her commission and lied to us.

      We bought our prepaid phones straight out in ************ ** and they dont have good service where I live and plus they put a lock on my phones for 120 days where I cant switch and both phone cost about **** I do not recommend this company my husband called them and they hung up on him

      The worst cell phone company I've ever been with, everytime I talk to anyone in customer service, I get different information. Not public friendly at all, will argue and debate with you.
