      I had a membership with them for a year. They did last minute cancellation multiple times for an inspection appointment. The representative offered a credit when I complained about the inconvenience but later I got to know that, I need to buy a new service from them to get that credit. ******** and deceptive business practice, where one has to buy a new service to get reimbursed for a bad service they offered but got paid in full for that. Also the quotes are too high compared to the other players in the market.

      This customer paid for a club membership through us. He used it several times throughout the course of the year for visits. Most recently, we had to reschedule his appointment on Thursday (3/27). 

       

      He said he wanted to cancel his monthly membership, I offered to refund this month as he had already paid. 

       

      Keep in mind this customer has never purchased anything from us, only participates in our monthly maintenance program which he has since cancelled. I still refunded his $13.95 for this month. 

       

      Again, I want to reiterate he has not spent one dime with us. This allegation is completely false.

      Terrible work by all involved. Way over priced and do not do a complete job. Avoid at all cost they will rip you off and will ignore your phone calls after they do the subpar work. Once they get there money they dissappear.

      Initially I thought tiger was amazing. I even gave them a glowing review and signed up for a membership. They were quick and knowledgeable and seemed helpful. That was until they had to replace my main sewer line which required them to come back and level my yard within 90 days. That was in February, I was left with a massive pile of dirt/mud in my front yard until August. I called probably 25 times between June and August and never received a call back. Finally they showed up one day and it was fixed. The giant mound of dirt was gone but it was completely uneven, huge holes in places, and tree roots sticking up through the ground. I have probably called 50 times between August and today and continue to get the same answer, someone will call you in 24 hours. I am done and over it, as a new and first time homeowner this was terrible. I will never use tiger again. Once they get their money you can forget about it.

      Absolutely terrible company.Signed us up for a monthly membership to get home inspections done. They scheduled the first inspection for 3 months in the future to maximize monthly charges and never provided report from the single inspection they actually did.Dropped the ball on 2 plumbing projects and up sold a third to a ridiculous degree. On the third, Tiger provided a $10k estimate with no break down. Second estimate from another company was $1100.Hire absolutely anyone else.

      Estimate to install central air into home. No written estimate was provided, only a recorded phone call with manager. Price quoted was over $19,000 for the best option and could be financed. This included replacing my 3 year old furnace!! I told him I was not replacing the furnace and only wanted central air. He then said $12,000. I told him no and he priced himself out if a job as I already had estimates and they are in the $4,600-$5,000 range. PRICE GOUGING PLAIN AND SIMPLE. He never commented , replied or apologized. Just hung up as he was busted on the unfair business practice. Avoid the unsavory business practices with this business.

      I referred my client to the shameful company. I told them to invoice me and do not contact the client. When the work was done their tech email me an invoice for part of the bill. I thought I got a discount or maybe he messed up and they will resend in a few days. Nope. *********************, manager called my client 6 month later and threatens to file a lien on her property. My client called me in tears. I vow to you I will inform every contractor, inspector, renovator, real estate agent, every client I get to NEVER EVER USE THE SERVICES IF THIS COMPANY. You will receive free marketing from me for the rest of my life. Count on it. Your customer skills are TRASH!!!

      I was a former employee laid off last year and yes, it is not a family owned business. My main problem working there is ** having to lie and say our techs had an accident. No, most of the time they went home early. They would push membership and warranty jobs to the back and leave early as it didnt make them any money. I also want to apologize to a customer that i couldnt help as his ac was broken and his dog had a stroke because of it. I wanted to tell him that the techs didnt give a s*** and left before completing their jobs. I couldnt help him nor anyone else we screwed over. Never use tiger as they see the money in your pocket, not the problem with your house.

      My house is 24 years old and it is time to replace the furnace, air conditioner and water heater and I am fortunate not to be in an emergency situation. Therefore, I got four estimates and included Tiger HVAC as one of them because their website stated they were veteran and family owned, which I have since found out is not true. The young man that came to the house was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable but was doing quite a bit to my furnace for a simple replacement estimate and never went and looked at my ac unit. When we sat down to talk about the estimate I had already received two estimates so luckily had the information to ask informed questions. When I asked him a question he couldn't answer he called his manager **** who then got on speaker phone and proceeded to high pressure sales tactic me into buying a less efficient furnace than the other two companies had already quoted me. When I asked when I would receive the written estimate he told me I wouldn't and quoted me a price on the phone $7,000 HIGHER than any of the other three for less efficient equipment. All three of the other companies I had come out, left me written estimates along with literature and options to help me make an informed decision on such an expensive investment. I feel lucky Tiger was not the first company at my house and leave this review in the hopes that no one else will be scammed by them.

      ?? ?? As a former employee I can GUARANTEE that they will lie to you, overcharge you and steal from you if you do business with them. They ARE NOT a local, independently owned company as they claim (they sold to a conglomerate out of state years ago) and pride themselves on defrauding customers and getting away with it (they frame and display all the lawsuits they managed to lie their way out of and display them proudly in their workplace). They regularly require and encourage employees to lie and perform illegal actions. NEVER sign up for a membership or they will drain your bank account and refuse to stop taking funds until the account they draw from is closed. Every part of this business is a duplicitous scam to overcharge and mislead.
