      This company tried charging a family member of mine *******. Repair cost for their A/C unit. Condenser to be exact. All it was was a bad dual run capacitor. A $26.00 part at ace hardware. Granted I under stand labor travel and part cost. Gotta keep the business going but this is horrible. I do hvac for a living in another state and companys like this gives ** a bad name. Do better and be fair!

      You need to get a second estimate before hiring them.I feel so stupid. Called them for 3 blocked drains.1st bathroom, at daughters house ended up charging me $1600.00.2nd bathroom in my house.650.00.3rd. Washing Machine drain, estimated it at *******. Said they have to ********************* the basement floor up. Might cause more. Due to tree roots.Ask for an estimate on a hot water heater. Want to charge *******, and ******* to replace a garbage disposal.Also they do not schedule specific time. So you sit and wait all day.I asked them yesterday to come in the morning Today. Call at 11, I was told I was not on there schedule.I was even a club member. No more.

      I had Tiger Plumbing do a sewer line replacement, cleanout of sewage in the crawlspace and encapsulation after cleanout. On April 6th 2023 they came out to do the sewer line. They ended up digging out my neighbor's pipes instead of mine. Horrific, especially considering my yard was marked by the city for digging. They didn't even attempt to knock on the door like they always do, they just pulled up a bobcat and tore her pipes out while I was up watching a movie waiting for them to arrive. The technician joked about how he didn't even check the address with my neighbor and I. The company never called her to apologize or look for a resolution to fix their terrible mistake, until today 4/13/23.
      To make matters worse they were waiting on the city inspector to OK my pipe before backfilling, well? They backfilled without inspection. So now the city is on them for that. And supposedly this happens alot with them so I'm told. So now I have a non legal pipe!!!!
      On Tuesday the 11th they came to do the crawlspace. They tarped OVER the sewage and standing water. 0 cleanout. I called *** at Tiger and told him this isn't what we agreed on, he said sorry and he would sned his best crew the next morning to redo it all. Well, on wednesday 4/12/23 they sent the same guy from the day before- to spray for mold. No cleanout what so ever. I've been calling every single day, and they are ignoring my calls and emails. Will not call me. Tells everyone to tell me they're "in a meeting and will call you back" There is no way I'm paying for this service, luckily the finance company is not very happy with the news of what I'm going through, and the city isn't happy either. Never, ever use these guys. Ever. I used them for 3 years and sunk 30k with them for THIS.

      I called about a leak in the basement. I was told I needed a complete over haul that would cost me almost $1300.00. I turns out it is only a valve under my sink! Scam artist. Tried to call 2 different 24/7 plumbing companies and somehow Tiger has hacked the system and are receiving ALL the calls after hours. I contacted the other plumbing companies during normal business hours and they were completely unaware that Tiger had done this! DO NOT LET THEM ON YOUR PROPERTY!!!!

      I had Tiger Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Service they overcharged me and done more work than what they was suppose to do will never have them come back to my house And the bill wasnt even a estimated it only had 1 quality for everything they done. I feel thats no way to do business.

      Horrible customer service waited 2 days for the work to be done then was told they over booked and had to call into work for them to be able to come out on the third day. After they came out they weren't even able to unclog the drain and even broke the plumbing under the sink when doing so was told they would be out the same day or the next day to fix it, they never called when i called they said no one could come out till Monday (4 day after the damage was done) to make the repair. cant get ahold of anyone when they transfer your call all you get is voicemails. save your time pay the extra money and get a respectable plumber

      Tried to charge me 5k to replace a heat exchanger in my 11 year old furnace that I've had no issues with only out for a furnace check as part of tiger club. So I got 2nd opinion and the thr union guy who came found zero wrong with furnace or heat exchanger. My furnace is Trane and union guy from other company is Trane Factory repair authorized. Tiger is a scam company by the way New furnace is only **** installed 96% efficient. But wanted to repair for 5k! Dp not let these clowns in your home.

      I had a water heater put in 2 years ago. I had issues in April 2022 and when I called I was told I did not have any kind of warranty after 1 year. I spoke with another plumber who assured me it was at least 6 years. I called back to Tiger and explained this, she still claimed I had no warranty. I then called the manufacturer and verified I have a 6 year warranty. Once I called back to Tiger, she agreed she messed up and due to the "mistake" she would send someone out to fix it for free. I declined and paid another company to install it. Today, I had an issue again, same exact part on this 40 gallon water heater. I called them at 9am, no one called back. I called at 10am, no one called back. I called at 1pm and told them I wanted to speak with a supervisor and she assured me as soon as he got off of his other call - he would return my call. Finally at 2pm, I had enough and insisted someone look into this right away. The lady that called me back was rude and said it would be $250-$700 to fix it - another company is charging $140. I will never do business with them again and would love to join the class action lawsuit.

      This is mainly a warning to anyone as the warning on this page i found out is very real. I called tiger plumbing thinking i was calling a plumbing company but found out its more of a finance company that gets around illinois state laws by offering packages. ******** state laws state and honest plumbing company with give you a price list of materials and labor. TIGER PLUMBING does not do this. Tiger plumbing got a family member to sign my name on a tablet while i was not there. I trusted them and thats all they needed. By the time i figured out what was going on it was too late the work was completed and i was looking at a high debt with interest. The owner handles complaints like a child and will not answer questions in a professional manner. Filing with the state which i see often does not go anywhere. They just told me to get a lawyer. Ok so i was looking at being out even more money that i did not have. This is what they aim for. Bait and switch. Agreed to one price got 3 times that price. Veteran status did not matter and to get out of the high interest i had to **** a home i just paid off which the lending companies made it extremely difficult to get out of. I was fooled like many by the in my opinion fake ****** maps reviews and false advertising billboards. To the owner please save your copy and pasted response all it is is blame on the customer and yes i am at fault for being dumb enough to call you when i needed help. You in no way did what was best for me and it was a hassle and you did not help my house. The work i really needed i will not be able to do because you seen a way to pocket cash and simply block me off from social media and you were proud of it. This is a huge warning to anyone that *** hire you.
