      Paid for both of my prescriptions online so my husband could pick them up for me. He went in and they told him it wasnt paid for. He paid and I told him please get your money back because everything was already paid. Employees went back and forth with him after he showed them my online receipt as well as my order number. I called up to the store and spoke with the manager. She placed me on hold 3 times and each time the phone hung up. I called again and she said she would call back in 15 minutes and never did. I will not be doing business with this Walgreens ever again!

      The **************** at the Walgreens located at ******************************************************************** are the rudest, snottiest people I've had to deal with at any store. They're extremely hostile and toxic, disrespectful. Their systems dont work properly and send you automated messages and when you get there to conduct your business you're treated as if you're a burden. They argue when clearly you have their notification and act extremely unintelligent. They also walk around with their nose in their phones and ignore you as well. If my medication was available closer elsewhere I'd definitely pick another Pharmacy. Extremely unprofessional.

      Attention former ******* customers! DO NOT TRANSFER TO **********************! ********************** has been a NIGHTMARE. Not only are the online (chat) and in-store staff NOT helpful, but they are pretty rude, specially the staff at the store on ******************** in ******. DO NOT USE WALGREENS.

      They shorted my father in law his medicine and refuses to give him the rest of his prescription. Talked to customer service and were basically told were liars. Do not get meds filled here, they have a crooked pharmacy.

      would leave zero stars if i could. on 6/20/25 I went to walgreens for covid shot I had signed up for but even though i was on time and showed pharmacist many appointment confirmations on my iphone from that walgreens site she refused to give me one. Another woman scanned herself in while I was there. No reason or explanation was given. this was at Walgreens on corner of *************************** in ********. ************* I returned all of my purchases that was $70.00 from them. Do not give Walgreens business.

      I took a lifesaving narcotic prescription to Walgreens on 70th and **** in **********, Az. I was willing to wait there and they told me that it would be ready the next day. I said that I would return the next day. Returned next day and they were closed. The pharmacist did not come in. I was told to get another prescription, but the vet was closed. I was told to go to pet emergency but that would have cost hundreds of dollars. Luckily I had a little left over to give to my dog.Please if you care for your family and pets, DO NOT USE THIS UNRELIABLE PHARMACY. No problems with ******, Frys and ******** They have pharmacists that show up to work. #2 Incident. I thought that I would give them another chance. I should have run away. Took in a narcotic prescription for my dog. Took to pharmacy and clerk looked in the computer and assured me they had it. Waited 40 minutes, they called me, I thought it was filled. He said that they did not have it and go to another Walgreens. He said there was an error in the computer inventory. Two times a dogs medicine was either out of stock or delayed. I don't blame this one on computer error, I feel it was the operator. NEVER AGAIN I went to ***************** in **********. They filled it with no problems. If you need to go to a Walgreens pharmacy, choose the one in ********** or go somewhere else other than Walgreens. Stay away from the Walgreens pharmacy at *****************************************************************.

      Extremely Disappointing Experience with Photo Book Order *******, ** Location!Im writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your location at ***********************************************I placed a same-day photo book order for in-store pickup, which was canceled twice without a proper explanation. As a result, I had no choice but to place a new online order with home delivery, paying $5.99 for shipping.After waiting a full week, I received a phone call informing me that my order could not be fulfilled, and that I would need to personally call other store locations to check if they could complete the order. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering your website clearly stated the product was available at your location when I placed the ******** a customer, I should not be the one chasing down a solution for a service failure that originated on your end. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is either fulfilled or that a proper alternative is arranged without additional effort or inconvenience to the customer.Not only was my time wasted, but the missed delivery has caused personal inconvenience and disappointment. I hope you will take this seriously and review both your inventory accuracy and customer service policies, especially when your website advertises availability that turns out to be false.

      I recently transferred my husband's and myself prescriptions to Wallgreens on Kitsap due to Riteaid closing. Note my husband is dying and is on 15 plus prescriptions. I was just asking for 1 prescriptions. It's a anti depressant Ordered June 12th I've come back numerous times being told you have a 2 hour wait. I came again today June 18th And was told they couldn't find this prescription in the system.They were extremely rude They literally dont give a s*** Extremely poor customer service. I'm moving our prescriptions to a different pharmacy it's evident you won't have them in time and would be going without for a extended time.

      Very bad customer services the employee make wait long time after she gave me an appyotute and was very rude and unprofessional she refused to sell me a $500 gift card saying that could be fraud involve and that I have to tell her everything about the person that Im doing this gift card for. I did explain to her that its to my dear friend that is terminat with cancer and she laugh and left saying that she wont sell it to me. I feel discriminated and very offended. I cant believe she is customer services!
