  At like 2 in the morning on July 12, I went to the only 24 hour Walgreens in my town to deposit money onto a card and once again I try walking into the store to find the doors locked. There was employees inside completely ignoring the fact I was at the doors trying to walk in. After standing there for a minute I walk back to my car and proceeded to call the store. An employee answers and I ask if theyre open and the lady told that they were closed for employee lunch and I ask when they would be back open and she said an hour and a half. I hung up and just left but what employee lets employees get an hour and a half lunch?! And the best part is this wasnt my first time having this happen to me at this Walgreens this has has happened a couple of times recently that I have had to go there late at night!! Im pretty sure its the same employees claiming there lunch is an hour and a half since Ive seen the came cars in the parking lot each time but this is just ridiculous and Im sure their manager and the corporate office would like to be aware of this because Ive been there so many times in the past where they were open and experienced no problems up until the last couple weeks. In my opinion whoever is working the night shift and doing this should be fired.

  I gave this 3 stars because every other staff member I have encountered are always very kind and helpful. I live down the street so I frequent this location often and I am disgusted by the behavior of their pharmacist ********************** After reading numerous complaint sites it appears she is the common denominator, so Im not sure why she is still employed there.I stepped in a dirty hole this past weekend. After consulting with friends in the medical field, they all told me to get a tetanus shot. I came into the Walgreens in west ****** and the pharmacist ********* L was extremely rude to me. Id ask her questions about possible symptoms of tetanus and shed look at me like I was stupid and wouldnt even answer. Even when I left the office I told her thank you while I didnt even stop walking. I was on the left by the door and she even SHOOWED ME AWAY with both hands!! Who treats people like that!?Im very very displeased with my experience with her. She is a poor representation of Walgreens and as a medical professional she should be trained on how to be a decent human being. If she cant figure that out then she should be sitting behind a desk not talking to anyone.

  It took 14 days to get my prescriptions filled. I called several time only to be on hold for 45 minutes each time. Finally got through to the main store phone and was informed the pharmacy has no one to answer phones! This store has cut back hours and closed on weekends. I am changing companies.
