      They are over charging/price gouging on products that have the original price on the item for example the original price says **** and they are charging ****.??

      My doctor called in my medicine for an early refill due to shortage of the actual medication Ive been on for 18 years. The technician told me I was wrong (after just getting off the phone with my doctor), and then proceeded to hang up on me. I waited in queue for 15 minutes before I was even able to get through to someone. This happens often with Walgreens. Specifically ****************************************************, **. They are unpleasant and my doctor usually has to call atleast 3 times to make them understand what it is he wants them to do.

      I was treated so poorly here I left in tears. I was told to walk up to the window to grab something too big to fit through and then I was screamed at by the pharmacy for doing exactly what they said.

      Terrible customer service or lack thereof. They should leave a phone recording that immediately states, we will not answer your call. You will wait for 45+ minutes, we will pick up only to hang up on you. Take a hint. Dont bother. At least thatd be honest. Their staff is untrained, undermanned, and stressed out. In fact, they gave me another persons prescription even after looking at my ID. Getting prescriptions filled w/o hassles, delays, or issues is rare. I have a discount card w/my insurance from drug manufacturer to bring it from $300 to $50. After delays from out of stock to a random closure during normal business hours, I finally got it filled but when I went to pick it up, they said, sorry, the ONLY person who knows how to run the discount is not working today. You can either pay full price or wait until their next shift. Well call you when they come in 2 days from now. Incredibly, they only had 1 person with arcane knowledge to apply the discount. They wouldn't even call another store to walk them through the steps. Not any attempt to problem solve it. Beyond apathetic! Because it was a controlled substance, they couldnt fill it at another Walgreens. Calling my doctor over the weekend wasnt an option. Paying $300 wasnt an option. I had to wait yet again. Its always a headache for any medication refill. No one has ever made me wish I could channel *****, like that place. The thought of even desiring that is something that terrifies me, makes me sick, so Im out. Im finally done. Moving on. Well, so I thought. I tried to transfer my scripts to another vendor. Problem is Walgreens is effectively holding my scripts hostage. I just spoke with the new vendors pharmacist to find out they cant fill cause that particular Walgreens is impossible to get a hold of (3 days attempting). I had to call my doctor to cancel all Walgreens refills and reissue to the new vendor. Its unbelievable! It should be illegal. It reaffirmed my choice to leave. Bye

      I wish I could give zero stars. My husband has terminal cancer and we have one Rx left at Walgreens in ***********. That will change tomorrow because I will have his Dr move it anywhere besides there.He called to have his digestive enzymes refilled last Thursday, he was told I could pick them up at 11am Saturday. Surprise! The were closed on Saturday. And Sunday. So I went to get them around 3pm Monday and was told it would be ****************************************************************************** they were closed Saturday. Then she said they needed 24 hours. I asked her what planet she lived on where Thursday to Monday was less than 24 hours? So I go back today (Tuesday) and I'm told it would be 45 minutes. I AM DONE.

      If your religious beliefs prohibits you from filling a customer's prescription for birth control, Plan B, or ring up a purchase for condoms then maybe you should get another job because you obviously have no business working in a pharmacy. They are allowing their employees to not give people their prescriptions and other items. Boycott Walgreens.

      I couldn't see my vaccination record online and had to call the customer service because the chat person said they need to verify my identify. When I called, the pharmacy technician has to verified my name, phone number, birthday and address. She said they have three addresses on file but I have more than *************** the past 20 years...so I had to try one by one and some of them I need to look up cuz it's been a long time. She hang up on me in the middle of the call without telling me first. There must be a better way to verify a person than going through all addresses....

      i went to the wallgreen at 140/cherryhill rd. on tuesday 7/12/22 to pick up a prequition and they were down right nasty and could care less if they helped me. my doctor sent it in on 7/11/22. they said they had nothing there. call your doctor, i did and he sent it again on 7/13/22. went to pick it up and was told that they loss the order. they said to call your doctor and have him send it again. i called my doctor, again to send it 1 more time and he did. went back to the store on 7/15/22 to get it and they said they did not have it. my doctor had confirmation of every time he sent it to them..the person in charge said o-well. and was down right nasty. i thought cvs was bad, boy these people sould shut there doors if this the way they treat customers. i had to move my account from there to a drug store that wants your business.thank

      On Friday 15th. of July I had a bad experience in your Walgreens - Store #**** ************************************************************************************************* Cross streets: *********************************************** I was trying to make a purchase, the cashier totally lost charged me $27.79 but at the sane time asking for my I.D. because it was a 12 pack of beer in my items, Im 56 years old, this is ridiculous but ok. The case is the cashier said she didnt charged me, I told her it was a charge already in my account, I had to call to my bank, waste my time their manager was rude, not kind and didnt believe me, I had to do the transaction again, now I have 2 transactions of $27.79 in my account and a dispute in my bank, a complaint here and others that I will do in every site where I can expose the lack of service and the bad manners of Walgreens employees.

      I just wanted to give one of the pharmacy techs a very high compliment. ***** went above and beyond to locate a medicine for my daughter that was not in stock at Kirkwood. I have had other techs at Kirkwood tell me that I had to find the medicine myself and that they couldn't help me, but not *****. She called 5 different Walgreens and finally found the medication in stock at one of them, arranged to have it filled there, and even called me back to let me know that they were getting it ready! I wish all the techs at the Kirkwood store were that helpful.
