  We are satisfied with our recent purchase from their website. Although there were some delays in delivery, the company's communication throughout the process was excellent, and we never felt left in the dark. The quality of the furniture is outstanding, and it looks fantastic in our restaurant. The customer support team was incredibly helpful, and any questions we had were answered promptly. Definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for quality restaurant furniture and exceptional service.

  We had ordered some booths from them and they came in a timely fashion but they were damaged when delivered. The damage could not be seen until the package was fully unwrapped. When I asked how to fix this issue, I was told "We will be assisting you by filing a shipping damages claim with the freight company on your behalf, as per our agreed upon policy. On average, it takes ***** days to receive a response from the carrier." and had not heard anything from them until I reached out again pertaining to the matter almost 2 months later. I was told that we would not be refunded and that the only thing they could do for me is offer me a discounted price on new booths. We were told that because the Proof of Delivery was signed that there was basically nothing they could do. The Proof of Delivery was signed by a "***" with no last name. When I told them that there was no way that someone on our behalf would've signed that named (because there was no *** is existance with us to sign for the booths), I was told that there nothing they could do because it was a legal document. The only help we were ever offered was a quote on new booths. The only rectification that was offered was only something that would bring more profit to them. We now have damaged booths and we paid full price for and we were told that nothing would happen with them becuase a proof of delivery was signed by an unidentified person who wasn't affiliated with us.

  We bought 20 wood grain metal chairs with a walnut frame finish and black vinyl upholstered seats for our restaurant, and I must say they have exceeded our expectations.   The delivery took longer than expected, but they kept us updated throughout the process, which we appreciated a lot. Their customer support was excellent. Despite a few minor setbacks, we were impressed by the company's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Their staff was polite, patient, and respectful during all of our interactions (especially *******). They clearly prioritize their customers' needs and strive to make the buying process as seamless and stress free as possible even when problems happen like a delayed delivery.

  I had a really great experience with Restaurant Furniture and their sales agent **** when buying some vintage style metal chairs for my backyard patio. **** was very helpful in guiding me through the selection process and even provided me with some help with design tips. The delivery was a bit delayed but it was worth the wait. They chairs are comfortable and sturdy, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend them for their exceptional customer service and quality products!

  I recommend this company. They helped me figure out what I needed to order (sizes) and the booths/tables/chairs are good quality and have helped make our dining room remodel successful. The items arrived in multiple shipments, but it was Covid time and may have cost them more, but didn’t matter to us. I had a hard time deciding where to purchase from but am glad I had a good experience with Restaurant Furniture.net!

  We ordered 6 low tables and two cocktail tables. They all came in good condition, matched and went together fairly easily. They came within the six week window we needed them in. They are good quality. We have had them six months and they are still holding up well.
