      Placed an order February 23, 2004. Have reached out multiple times with no resolution besides generic emails in response. Not sure how theyre still accepting orders without filling past orders. ****

      I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE SCORE!! I order 2 harnesses from them back in April 2024, it is now October, I have never received my harnesses, they won't give me a refund, they have stopped communicating with me. I am in the processes of disputing the charge with my credit card company and Goat Trail has disputed my dispute!!!!!During the whole process before I disputed the charge on my cc they gave me a sob story about a fire in their warehouse. Did some research and there was NO fire. All they would do is say thank you for your patience and never give any information via email! I tried to call could get through to anybody! DO NOT BUY FROM GOAT TRAIL TACTICAL!!!!! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!

      Honestly, I would give them zero stars if I could. Bought product 6/26 and started to wonder about my order around the end of July. It never arrived. Bad customer service-they ignore you. I tried calling the company directly, no one answered. I keep emailing a ***** about my refund but they keep telling me they are going over my case for approval. All they tell me is thank you for your patience and understanding.They said a fire took their warehouse. I bought the item in June 2024. Apparently the fire was at the beginning of 2024. Not sure why they were still taking orders if they knew the fire at the warehouse was months before.I spent 70 dollars but on their instagram some people have spent hundreds and their product never arrives.

      I never received my order. I spent $103 on a harness & a leash back on 05/19/24 & today is 09/03/24 & my order still just says ready to ship. I asked for a refund & stopped getting replies to my email. Im disgusted that I fell victim to this company. Do not buy, youll never get your order.

      I ordered a leash and collar from this company. I haven't received my order number. Or anything. Spoke with someone named *****, one time through the email. That's it. I want my **** money back. It doesn't make sense that people get away with stealing people hard hard-earned money. **** scammers. Someone from Goat Trail Tactical needs to contact me immediately about my $52.99

      Ordered a harness and some patches back in March and still have never received the items. Spent over $60 and when I reached out they said they had a warehouse fire and then I reached out multiple times after and never heard anything. They are a scam.

      I placed order on 06-06-2024 . I have not received my order I have emailed them multiple times to please refund me they won't. And they won't send my items. I called the number they provided on website and it's automated when you make selection it just hangs up. I had to file a dispute with bank.

      I made a purchase back in March for a harness and two patches for my dog. After a few weeks, I reached out to them because nothing was shipped out yet. I received an email saying they had a warehouse fire and it would get sent out soon. Fast forward many emails later, I asked for a refund and was told my cancelation needed to be approved. Not really sure what needs to be approved since I never received anything. I asked for a number to speak with someone/ a human since the online number that is provided only says to email for the fastest response. At this point I don't even want the product just the money I worked hard for.

      I wish I could give a zero. I ordered products and was told there was a tragic warehouse fire and product shipping would be delayed. That was a month ago. I requested a refund 2 weeks ago and they have yet to refund my money either. Same as all the other reviews.
